Asus cheated me by sending a faulty device and now they are delaying their service. My gaming laptop's display was not working within 14 days of purchase and when i give it to asus service center kottayam to claim the warranty they assured me repair within 3 days and now they are telling that they don't know when it will be repaired. They are saying that spare parts are not available and i should wait for indefinite time. Its not my fault...

I had purchased asus vivobook x507ua-ej838t on 30 sep 2019 through tata cliq. I facing a challenge while connecting to wifi. I am able to connect wifi when its placed in the range of 2-5 cms of the router. This challenge was taken up with tata cliq however they have advised to speak with asus service center for solution. I have put my complain about my laptop that its battery is not getting charge and about that its getting hang i cannot use any application.

But everytime i call customer care they just give me a complain number. Since 3 months i am getting fooled by them. How can i repair my laptop?

I got my asus laptop on 3rd october 2019 whose speaker is completely not working that replaced by today on 17 oct 2019.
Speakar of this laptop is working but dead slow it is not clearly audible even on 100 percent volume. This is very embarrassing from asus i replace my laptop in 15 days even i'm not able to use my laptop.

My mobile asus zenfone max pro m2 device shut down automatically and never open hence i summit mobile in asus service center on 20/09/2019 with rma number. Srasinmet[protected] and told me that you come after 4 days to one week but till date my mobile not repaired

My phone's rear camera is not capturing the portrait photos from last month and i am very disappointed by the performance of this mobile phone. L request you to solve this problem as early as possible. Somtimes the phone get heat and start lagging and also the display turn off wheather there is cold.in portrait photos the edges are not properly detected and exposure is not well maintained. I have this asus tuf gaming laptop which i got from amazon prime.
