Hello, I bought ASUS Gaming laptop FX505DT in amazon 4 months ago. Now I am getting these green pixels in some areas which are appearing at the startup and disappearing after 10-15 minutes, these pixels appear only above grey colours. Is this due to graphics driver problem or should I have to replace the screen.Does this problem come under warranty?

      I had ordered additional warranty and jbl speak under the some offer from asus on 6th november 2019, the warranty was extended in december but still not received jbl clip 3 speaker.

      On 18th dec i had received a mail informing me about delay in dispatch the speaker by 15 days. After 23 days, i did a follow up and again a reply for additional days. After asking for refund, i get revert that we cannot refund your money and your order is under dispatch. Still not dispatched. They are not dispatching nor refunding the money. They are just fooling the customer's.

      A speaker which is easily available in the market and the company isn't able to arrange it from past 2.5 months. The only reason behind the same i think that the asus is searching for defective/refurbished product.

      God's know what kind of service we will receive in future form asus.

        I ordered a laptop model asus vivobook 14 on 25/10/2019 from flipkart. With laptop i got asus diwali dhamaka offer at that time, in which there is an option to avail 2 years warranty and jbl clip 3 speaker at cost of 698rs only (99 for warranty and 599 for jbl clip3).

        I paid that amount and approved for diwali dhamaka offer. My laptop warranty offer is fullfilled on december (Almost 2 months later) but still not recieved jbl clip3 speaker. They sent an email subjected as delay alert on goodies in 18 december 2019. And given 15 days more time for expected shipment.

        Now its january 2020 and i still not recieved any kind of speaker from asus india.
        This is very annoying and frustrating. If they are not able to fullfill this kind of offer, then why they are fooling consumers.
        Therefore i request you to kindly look into this matter.

        After 23 days from 18th dec i wrote a mail, in reply they again asked me to wait for more days. Then I demand refund, Asus denied to refund the same.

        The only reason behind the delay I can think is they are searching for DEFECTIVE/REFURBISHED product.

        By this we can imagine what kind of service we will receive in future from Asus.

        Asus is just fooling the customer's.

        I have already wasted my money and also my precious time behind this.

        So friends please be aware of such company's.

        Sir, I gave my mobile to dev technology 1st Floor, Guru Teg Bahadur Market, Bareilly - Nainital Rd, Tikonia Churaha, Haldwani, Uttarakhand to repair my phone I didn't get it and it 3 months.I didn't get answer by your service provider.

          I purchased an asus laptop which has 128 gb ssd and 1tb hdd, and i started facing clicking noise issue from hdd, i took my laptop to service center and they told me that they replaced my hdd with a new one cause it was under warranty, then i checked the hour run count for both my ssd and hdd, result showed my ssd runned for 501 hours but my hdd showing it already runned for 1646 hours, since they said they replaced hdd so hours run in hdd should be less than ssd that"s only possible if they put old hdd, and now i came to know it's a old hdd but now warranty period is over, what should i do as my laptop is out of warranty? Should i complain this matter in consumer forum?

              Worst phone build quality. Looking after big false promises by the company of super build quality for flip camera n phone.. Decided to buy. But within 2months one drop n flip camera is gone. Such worst quality of attachments uses to connect camera with the phone. Shame. Also it is not at all water resistant. Even a phone coating 10k are far better in terms of build quality and durability. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Would never ever gonna purchase any asus product in future. Worst ever decision to decide on to purchase asus when there are so many better brands in the market. Shame

              I bought Asus laptop two months ago via flipkart. Now it's Adapter has stopped working suddenly. It is no longer charging. The product is under warranty.

                Sir after my recent update of asus phone software consisting of 145 mb n latest security patch of december.. My phone has automatically started lagging all of sudden, sometime when a call comes it automatically starts lagging n i have to shut down to make my phone workable.. Plsss sir i have had a gud 1 year now it's turn worse pls help me sir plss

                  I bought asus 6z in december 2019 but after 15 days i feel some lags in my phone but sudden one day my phone hanged and i could mot do nothing on screen after that several times i found my phone lots of lags after android 10 update. Some time showing screen (Ui not responding) once in a day when i open front camera but camera not flip and writing on screen flip camera could not open. I typing a lot on whats app but many times i was typing but words not write on screen after a few second phone hanged

                    My phone going hanged maximum oprations while i am typing, camera using and web serfing. I complain in asus care but they send me a manual firmware update and i download it but there is not resolution of my complain i contact again but they said i have to go service centre. I spend 28000 for this device but they suggest me visit service centre about to 50 km.

                      This complaint is regarding defective battery delivered to me. There is fast drain of the battery in my laptop. When i use it in normal mode i. E. Watching movies or reading a document, it takes only one hour to drain full battery. Battery consumption rate is too high. I have bought it six months ago from flipkart. This is for your information and necessary action at your end.

                      Asus desktop mother board's ram shalt burn so i sent service center in kolkata service center (rashi peripherals asus service center) . then service engineer (prosanjit) damage cpu socket and he said cup socket damage so he can not service.

                        As a part of asus back to school promo offer, i was offered some discounted offers on ms office and other products. Post receiving the offer, i paid rs1990 towards ms office - h & s 2019 on 16th oct. The offer was supposed to be fulfilled before 30th nov, as per mail from asus promo.

                        However, the offer is not fulfilled even after the assured date. Their call centre is the worst and no one attends the call.

                        In 2017 my laptop's screen totally black because of some reason so, i for resolve the problem i was gone to the asus service center amravati. They was check my laptop and told me "for resolve this problem i should be format your laptop then i said"ok" then they insert ba pirated windows in my laptop and they does not told me about that and charged 800₹ from me... Now my laptop face blue screen death error because of there fraud.

I contact asus customer service and they arranged a service and replace battery by new one but i think they putted the second hand repaired battery not new.                             I bought an asus vivobook last nov 25 from oxygen digital shop, kadavanthara. It had some booting issues and battery charging issues which we brought to the the oxygen store in a month. They said it was an update issue and returned it in 2 days. Again the same problems started happening, the battery just wouldn't get charged even if you plug it in for long hours, also few letters wouldn't work. We have called them up many times to see what could be the issue, and they usually brushed it off saying it's an update issue. After being fed of really slow system and battery charging issue, we finally took it to the store for servicing and they said they will look into it on our insistence of dropping it off there. What they said could be fixed in 2 days, they didn't even bother to call even after a week. When we called up, they said it's at the asus service centre and we can't do anything because it is still in warranty period. The keyboard had some issues and they will return it in a week. Brought it back and after a month's use, it's now showing different issues of not opening after the screensaver. Took it to the service centre only to having them mocking at us as if we are the only people who have this issue. Later we checked out to see a lot other people who bought this laptop have had working issues. It's almost a year now and i have a lot of work pending that only asus can be answerable for selling such a faulty laptop. I had always been a pro-asus user for so many years and i have never been more disappointed. If money had grown on trees, i wouldn't have run behind this one for a year now. Hope asus will take some action to compensate my valuable time and patience.

                                Hai, i have bought a new asus gaming laptop rog strix g in last month.
                                But in that there is no useful software is there. I have already a home base window 10 software is installed.
                                For example:
                                No window office is preinstalled on it.
                                And also it doesn't have a license. Why my system doesn't have license for ms office.
                                No window defender: mcfee. So please try to provide me ms office with license software.
                                Please concern this problem and remedies.

                                I am using Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 and the call quality has become too bad that i am unable to use this mobile for Calls which is the basic feature.
                                When reached to service center they are sending back mentioning next software update will fix this problem.
                                Please let me know why there is no solution provided for this problem.
                                The laptop which I bought 2 to 3 months back, is too slow. Even couldn't open a browser properly. Compared to current market, Asus cannot give its customers such a low quality laptop. Its way too slow. Its sheer waste of money. Such a disappointment.

                                if your laptop comes with windows 10 preinstalled from factory itself means, you dont need license key.
                                Office will not be install in asus laptop from factory. you must download and install office from Microsoft and get license from amazon
                                While receiving calls internet is not working. That is a huge problem when anyone might make a transaction / transferring money from one source to another. I request asus please fix this. I already lost my money because of this bug.

                                  Asus cheated me by sending a faulty device and now they are delaying their service. My gaming laptop's display was not working within 14 days of purchase and when i give it to asus service center kottayam to claim the warranty they assured me repair within 3 days and now they are telling that they don't know when it will be repaired. They are saying that spare parts are not available and i should wait for indefinite time. Its not my fault for their lack of spares. I want a replacement if they cannot service it within the assured date. I gave my laptop for service on 19 october and its been so long. I can't wait more than this or else i need a another laptop to be used in this mean time. My rma number is inxwka0135
                                  Also the service guys in kottayam is behaving improperly.

                                  1.Earpiece volume is very low, major problem on this device and
                                  2.moblie getting heat(iron box) in less time

                                    I had purchased asus vivobook x507ua-ej838t on 30 sep 2019 through tata cliq. I facing a challenge while connecting to wifi. I am able to connect wifi when its placed in the range of 2-5 cms of the router. This challenge was taken up with tata cliq however they have advised to speak with asus service center for solution.
