We have brought a flat at ramapauram chennai.

Apartment name : amarisa …around 240 homes…all the building constucted at poor rated way…alll the place cracked…poor drainge system…. Pooor celining…since water leakage on the top rooof…

All the flates drainge collected in front of our flate…always driange smelll…we cannot breath good air at time…this type drainge system not informed us at the time of purchase.. They cheated….

We have sen tmany mail and call for the recitifaction…no response and poor maintence from asvini foundation….

We felt ashamed to get a flat (Amarisa) from asvini foundation. All building have cracks and leakage and poor drainage system install. It is not a healthy place to live for human being... Rather than devil..

Even one rupee we are earning in healthy way not by cheating any one... Affording a huge money for buying this amarisa flat... Asvini cheated people like us by giving poor constructed building

Can't understand why almost all the builders behaving like this. God should save buyers from these kind of cheaters. They take our money and treating us very badly. They dont have heart. They simply cheating every buyer. I dont know what this RERA or CREDAI doing, why cant they black list these kind of builders and issue public notice for awareness? .

    Asivni foundation is a fraud builders. We have brought a flat at ramapauram chennai.

    Asvini Foundations — poor construction and worst service

    Hi All,

    Worst builder.... They delayed the construction and ask for extra money in the middle of construction. Also they expect us to pay the entire amount before they handover and they don't keep up any of their commitments.

    Most irresponsible and unprofessional attitude . They have subleased our property and unable to regain possession for the past 1.5 years and we are struggling with them . Do not trust . They are not what they seem

      This complaint is regarding service tax on under construction flat.

      On april 2008, i booked a flat and still its under construction. At the time of booking, the builder has not mentioned
      About service tax component. Few months back i received a communication
      From the builder regarding service tax.

      Now the builder ask me to pay 4.12 % of total cost as service tax.

      I can't take the possession of the flat without paying the service tax.

      Do i need to pay service tax?

      Please clarify?

      Govt informed not to pay service tax, this is depend on person if you need to pay you can give it,
