Try to provide better staff .. I changed my boarding point and informed them 3 hours before.. and i called them more than 4 tyms to know their proper location.. They didn't even care to pick me from my point and some how i chased and entered But thn they insulted me infront of all the passengers..I'm not traveling for a free service.. i paid for my travel so it's ur travels responsibility to provide good staff service. I will file police complaint for humiliating me infront of other passengers Was this information helpful? |
