ATM Transaction — atm transaction failed but amount debited from account

My a/c no:[protected] in hdfc bank, i had done withdrawal on 02.08.2018, rs.10000/- at sbi atm gold market jaggaiahpet.
But transaction failed amount debited from my account. After transaction failed "unable to process your request" message shown on atm disply. But amount didnot refund.
