My a/c no:[protected] in hdfc bank, i had done withdrawal on 02.08.2018, rs.10000/- at sbi atm gold market jaggaiahpet.
But transaction failed amount debited from my account. After transaction failed "unable to process your request" message shown on atm disply. But amount didnot refund.

    My name is reji a account no [protected] at federal bank wandoor branch. I trying to withdraw an amount 6000/-from panjab national bank atm wandoor on 6-10-18 no money received. But cash deducted from my account. I have complaint to costemer care. Complaint no.[protected] but the amount not refund back to my account. So kindly take immediate action to refund back 6000/-rs to my account.

      On 14th april around 9:00 pm i was doing transaction but eventually the atm machine got stopped, then i received a sms that 10000 inr has been deducted from your account whereas i didn't receive it. Then i waited for 15 mins and did transaction from the same branch but with different atm this time i got money.

      I have registered three complaints even though i haven't receive my money.
      Your number is busy from two days i need to know when you guys will give my money back.
      Complaint number - a[protected], a[protected] and a[protected]

      Do let me know the feedback as soon as possible.

        I have account in PNB, T Nagar .we had been faced problem during cash withdraw SBI ATM in Bangalore (Jalahalli) , we have done transaction in SBI ATM on dt. 1April 2013.In transaction we have entered amount 10000.00 where cash did not come from ATM and Receipt says : Unable to Process", but it was detucted from my account. Please solve this issue as 10000 is not small amount to play. Kindly reply on my mail id : [protected]@gmail.com

          DOM WDL MC

          hello, two days back i had withdrawn Rs 2000 with my sbi atm card. Today when i checked my balance,the mini statement showed that i had made a withdrawl of rs.2000 which was correct but there was another withdrawl of rs.2000 which i never made.It showed on the mini statement as 2000.00-DOM WDL MC. Can you please explain what is the meaning of DOM WDL MC and also suggest what should i do....

          Dear Sir,

          I have saving bank account no. 13699 at State Bank OF India, Jasidih, District-Deoghar,Jharkhand, PIN-814142. Earlier on 23rd February 2010 at around 4:00 PM in the evening I tried to withdraw Rs. 500 from ATM id NA003511 near SKYLARK,PANIPAT, Haryana, but the transaction failed with error and the balance had been deducted .The transaction cannot be completed. When I used another nearby ATM, I was surprised to see that for both the attempts at OBC ATM no. NA003511, Rs. 500 plus transaction charges of Rs. 20 have been debited from my account, thus incurring on me a loss.

          The same day I informed my bank at Jasidih, District-Deoghar,Jharkhand, about the same and also went for a complaint to the Oriental Bank of commerce, Panipat who owned that ATM centre from where I made my transaction. I was told by my SBI bank that there may be some problem in the machine from which I transacted and asked me to complain the bank responsible for it. When I went to OBC,Panipat they told me they were not responsible for it as I was using ATM card of other bank and they will not credit me the balance. Thus, there was no response from anywhere.


          The problem was with ATM of Oriental Bank of Commerce, so it is not understandable why i am told to contact my branch. Instead of checking the functioning of thier own ATM and correcting thier own fault they are passing everything on me and telling me to contact my branch. then only they can initiate any action.
          I have completely lost faith in OBC ATMs.
          It is requested to kindly takeup the matter with Oriental bank of Commerce and get my amount recovered as I am just a student leaving away from my native Please do take my case as urgent and help me out recovering my money.

          Dear Sir,

          I have saving bank account no. [protected] at State Bank OF India, krishnagri, District-, in bargur lakshmi vilas bank atm on 5th April 2010 at around 7:00 PM in the evening I tried to withdraw Rs.10000 from ATM, but the transaction failed with error and the balance had been deducted .The transaction cannot be completed. When I used another nearby ATM, I was surprised to see that 10000 have been debited from my account, thus incurring on me a loss.

          Yesterday at 7:11pm went for transaction from AXIS BANK ATM Counter (ATM ID- S1DC4426), Raikatpara, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, but after transaction no money, just saw on the screen transaction declined, UNABLE TO PROCESS.Then I have done a written complain to the complain book there.
          At 9:57 pm I received a sms from SBI and saw my transaction over and Rs.500/- deducted from my a/c.
          Today two complain letter submit ( one at SBI and another at AXIS Bank).
          Please see the matter.

          uco bank is the only bank which i feel is debiting 20 rs.from their customer on every transaction and also online transactions. i feel this is the reason for their sloe and steady growth in the banking system. please do take some action against it.it irritates me.and there are only two ATM booths all over the state i.e Panjim and Margao.

          Dear Sir,
          with due respect I, ROBIUL ISLAM would like to state that, I have transacted an Amount of Rs.3093.84 through Atom_Tech by BOI Debit Card (Card No - 606998xxxxxx4692) A/C No-[protected] for the payment of Admission in Domkal Girls' College under University of Kalyani on 13/06/2017. I have informed it at my local Domkal Branch but unfortunately no majors are taken to refund the deducted amount . I repeatedly requested the Manager. But I did not receive the amount till date.

          So, Kindly take a positive step to return my amount at an early date and oblige .

            Sir,
            I am an S.B. A/C holder with State Bank of Hyderabad . on 21Jul 2009 I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs 2000/= from a Canara Bank ATM . While making the transaction at first, the message came "unable to dispense cah" inspite of having sufficient balance in my account. The second attempt made by me gave the same statement, and when I checked the balance next it indicated a DEBIT of Rs2000/= without dispensing CASH. I gave a written complaint to SBH, KUSHAIGUDA branch, Hyderabad on[protected] and obtained a receipt of my complaint, however till date the amount has not been credited to my account as has been informed tome by the chief manager.

            I have read in the RBI web site if the issue is not resolved within 12 working days an amount of Rs 100/= per day needs to be automatically credited to my SB.Account by the Bank.
