While paying the wifi rental after i had entered my otp there was no confirmation for the transaction and the amount was debitted twice maybe because i had to reload the page.two transactions are "igafptiij5" and "igafpthdr6".the wifi providers are spectranet.the amount deducted twice was 1591.82

I have placed an order regarding Rs 393/- on 11th January 2019 through net banking .Order could not be placed but debit from my account took place.Money has been credited to atom technologies ltd with order no[protected]IGAFDWWLJ2.Till now I have not received my money.Kindly look into matter
