I sold my Moto G4 Plus to Atterobay on 16th of January 2017. Till today I am yet to receive payment from them (INR 3764.00). My order ID is KK[protected]. Attached is the screenshot of my portal which says that the payment has been approved on 1st Feb 2017. I repeatedly mailed at [protected]@atterobay.com, but every time they reply and say that the payment request has already been sent to the concerned team. Their call centre number [protected] is out of service for more than 4 months. They are looting people with this kind of a fake service. Any help will be highly appreciated.

I had sold my Iphone 5s, and they quoted me around 9400 Rs on the 7th of December. I am still waiting for the payment to happen. I had even requested to return my product which never happened. Now their toll free number is not available, they are not picking up their phone at their HO and they do not reply to mails. I heavily doubt whether the company has silently shut down with all the devices in their custody.

Hi, I had submitted my phones to Atterobay.com for selling them. They quoted the price for one and I asked them to return the phone immediately as the price was a mere ₹400 for an iPhone 6 (16gb). Following this, I knew there was no hope with this company so I requested them to return my second phone as well, which was an iPhone 6 (64gb). At first, I didn't receive a reply from the company. So I tried to call their toll free number and it said that it doesn't exist. I mailed them again and again till they finally replied saying they'd return the phone. After a month and a half, i got back a phone, which was in the box provided by me (the box had been broken) but the phone wasn't mine. They had sent back a totally shattered, bent and broken iPhone 7 Plus. After this, I kept mailing them again as there was no other way I could contact them but they just wouldn't reply. I'm seeking for any sort of help now to get my phone back. And also to teach these guys a lesson and stop their fraudulent practices.

I have sent my phone for repair and it is more than 1 month now and phone has still not dispatched. Such an unprofessional and disgusting website is this. No proper response over mail. No response on calls. Got so much frustrated with this website, will never purchase anything from this worst website. It takes three weeks to collect the phone and more than three to check, inspect and repair. Never dispatch it seems.

My order Number is MH[protected]. I placed an order for selling My Moto X Style 16 GB on 2nd November 2016. Final price decided by them was Rs. 16, 158 for Moto X Style which was agreed by me on 13 December 2016. Still, I am waiting for the payment.

I tried to call on their toll-free number[protected] for at least 20 times. Every time I called on their toll fee Number they said my payment process will be complete in 5-6 days.

It's almost 2 months Still I have not received my payment. From last 2-3 weeks, I am trying to call them, but this phone number is not reachable.

I am pissed off they are not even returning my phone.
Please help it is almost more than 2 months now since I had approved the payment but still they had not given my money or phone.

Hello Sir,
I booked a phone Samsung S6 edge gold platinum for sell. They picked up from my phone for testing. They offered me price 329 rs for this which i denied. They returned the phone. when i opened the packet, mobile box is mine but mobile inside is not mine and even model is also different.
I am following up since last 20 days but no resolution came. They are saying that we delivered the same which we picked up.

Order No : TN[protected]. They have quoted 11500 for my iphone5 64GB white. Once after I sent my phone they offered only 156Rs.But it was in good condition, they told it was not working.So I asked them to return. They returned me the wrong phone. It's Iphone5S black color in disabled mode.They also took my charger.
I had contacted their customer care and explained. I also I sent the IMEI, Serial number of my phone.Initially they said it was a exception case, so I waited for few days.Finally they sent me the mail saying that they have received that same phone which they sent to me.Their mail,

I was totally disappointed, and these people are having this as a habit it seems. My phone worth at least 10000Rs, they totally cheated.

I have sold my samsung galaxy S7 for 30099 to atterobay recycling, on 10 September 2016, till today i.e; 8 November 2016, they did not pay me the money. I called customer care many times and sent many emails to the company to process my payment. But they did not pay me even till today, it's almost 2 months after i sold my mobile to them. Order id- AP[protected]. I found that many other costumers are also facing the same problem.

My order id is tn[protected], i placed on 22nd september atterobay company offer very low price for my mobile so i rejected my order on 5th october and request to company for return my mobile till now atterobay dont return my mobile, i sent lot mails and lot of call to customer care but customer care executive says same answer i. E it will be ship on next week. Almost 1.5 months gone. Very worst service from atterobay...

I sent my mobile to sell at their site. They offered me not a competitive price so i rejected the offer. Now they are not returning my mobile in-spite of my repeated request on phone. As per company policy they are supposed to return the handset within 7 days, its been more that 1 month and they still didn't return.

I was using samsung galaxy phone. The phone was in very much working condition. While selling phone on atterobay, they said i'll get rs. 1, 200/-. After sending my phone, they evaluated the price at rs. 28 only. Yes, only rs. 28. Why should anyone sell phone for rs. 28? Atterobay makes fun of customers by quoting unreasonale price.In rs. 28, we do not get even a bottle of water these days. Non sense. Never use atterobay. They damaged my phone and sent me back.

I created an order samsung galaxy s6 64gb on friday, 17th june 2016. i was offered 27074.00 rupee for my product. i thought the product was a fair value and hence agreed to the quote

I got the packaging and i packed the product in the box and the packet provided. atterobay took the responsibility of getting the package picked up from my house. the package was properly packed and provided to the delivery guy who picked it up. the deliery was picked up on roughly the 22nd

I got a call from atterobay on the 24th/25th asking me which phone has i sent to them. i told them i had sent them an s6 and the guy told me he received an s4. on further discussion i inquired now who is responsible for this. he told me since atterobay is responsible for collecting the package and they will get to it. they will work with the courier company

After that almost every second day or alternate day i called and i was told the investigation is going on.

After a few days (5-6 days i think) i got a call from the courier company asking me what i had sent. i told them i had sent the s6. so then he asked me how come they got a different phone. i told him that its for him to tell me because i am not the courier company

After this i continued to call them and they kept saying they are investigating

After that on the 6th july i got an email saying that mh[protected] order has been approved. at this point i had lost my patience and called them there was a very heated discussion with the customer service agent. i told them i will have to report this matter to the police. at the moment the engineer told me that they are still looking into it. i informed them that i did receive an email saying my order for s4 was approved so what am i to assume. at which the service engineer told me that he wanted to solve the problem from us or create a scene which sounded like someone giving me an ultimatum. at this point i was sure that i have been taken for a ride. the engineer requested another 48 hours for inquiry. i sent them further proof that i am actually owned the product with the invoice details

48 hours passed and nothing happened so i wrote to them inquiring what the status was and to which i got the following response

Very dissatisfied with atterobay order id:kk[protected] i have made several calls to customer care & i also have sent several emails to process the payment at the earliest & also requested the transaction number. The payment is still not initiated. The order was appoved on 21st 9:00am & from 21st you have been informing 72hours. Why do you bluff? Why do you lie? Is this fraud? I have sent several emails & i wasn’t satisfied with the replies at all. Customer care is total useless. I spoke to the manager mt. Vijay, he is changing his word every time i call him. He must be fired for lying to customers & not treating in a polite way & lying to customers with wrong status. After all, i wouldn’t recommend atterobay to anyone. Payment has been delayed, when i contact for it. The issue must be escalated & must be accelerated which you failed to do it.

I order placed to this site (attero) for sell my Samsung tablet..company given me a estimate value for my tablet rs 14000...and i agree with deal.

Maine apna ph company mai sell krne ke bhej dia after 3 days unhone mere ph ki value 7000 laga di...maine order rejected kr dia..

Atterobay recycling is the place for sell the used mobile, i was placed the order for my samsung galaxy a8 less then 6 month old at Rs.22956, after that atterobay was arrange the pick up for that device at my address location through ecom express courier service, on 1 Feb 2016 pick up boy was reached at my home address for pick up the device and at the same time i was take the picture of my device as a proof before handover to courier boy. when atterobay inspect the device at atterobay site and they told me that mobile rear camera glass has found in broken condition so due to this reason they offered me Rs.14299 amount instead of Rs.22949. But when i am share the that picture which is taken by me before handover to courier they told me we will be resolve the issue on priority because my picture was clearly show the device was in perfect condition before handover to courier and i dont know how their courier service or atterobay personal handle it. after 48 hrs they told me that we cant offered my revised price. how its possible i dont know what was happened with my device on there end but i know very well when i am handover the device to courier that was in perfect condition,
esterday i got the mail from atterobay via [protected]@atterobay.com and they told me that we have reevluate your device but we cant offered you revised price, i want only how my mobile camera glass was brooked after the handover to atterobay, So thats the responsibility of atterobay they find out the issue and resolve it at their end because that incident has been create by their end not my end, so why i will get get the loss of approx amount Rs. 7500. but they want to out top take the responsibility of this incident
