I had reported a negative review on atz properties. I was getting influenced by word of mouth. want to apologize for all the misunderstanding.

we had booked the flat in atz properties in the year 2013. there was some miscommunication in the beginning. we had few issues but once they understood our view, it was great working with them.
the end result was great, loved the way they worked and the way of professionalism they handled the situation.

I have purchased the flat from atz properties last year. When it comes to the employees, they have been a fantastic help, from the start with a flawless introduction to the present with any pressing problems we have had.
they explained the details and process in a very good and understandable manner.
The only issue which I faced while buying the property was a delay, the project was delivered 15 days late and it was very disappointing, but the end result was very good. loved their end work.
they need to improve their timing.

Antique Ahmed & Tahaseen Ara are the owner of this company. This is a fraud Builder with very very bad construction quality. don’t get trapped with their false promises and brochure. Sales Head of ATZ property Mr. Nitesh Jain is a very unprofessional guy.

I booked a flat in ATZ Rock View in 2014. I was told the handover will start in 2015 but He delayed 2 yrs and I got the flat in 2017 with lots of follow-up and requests.
Within 1 year of handover, there are lots of cracks developed on the walls of everyone's house. from last two years, due to the cracks on the roof/terrace, society top floor flats people are suffering in rain due to leakages.

I had bad experience with ATZ propertiy. Even tough its rera project there is huge delay in delivering project. They have extended deadline for delivering it without informing any customer, but as a customer i am suffering i am paying EMI with out having possesion .
Dales team behave good at the time of buying but later on they dont pick call .

Low quality materials are used, building is showing cracks, wooden frames and doors dont fit properly, Restroom branded materials are not provided as per promise.

I had originally negative rated this location because i was frustrated after being ignored when they didn’t completed the construction on time and had been delayed i drove back and i spoke to the consult person and it was dealt fine. The staff are always pleasant, and although it’s a little bit of wait i can understand and i appreciate that the staff at the company and at last they gave it.

My Name is Nisanth Unnikrishnan i came to know about you through one of my friend.

The concern is we (My Self,Brother and Cusine Brother ) booked the flat in Rachenahalli from ATZ properties ( Land Owner ) the same Builder is Dhamangi Builders November 2011 and the possession supposed to happen August 2012 including Grace Period.

My brother and Cusine brother Apartments already registered in their name month of September 2012 giving full value through LIC Loan but My total Value we have hold 4,60,0000/- because we should have hold in our hand as the flat has not been given yet and i have already done the Agreement month of Jan 2012 for 6,40.000 /- and April 2012 i have released 21,00.000/- now balance amount mine 4,60,000/- we will release only at he time of possession as we have already done the registration for 2 Flat.

Now ATZ propertiers are sending mail to me saying that they have been cancelled my Flat because of non Payment of balance amount and they are threatening me saying that they have already cancelled the flat and asking me to collect the payment from their office .

Could you please help me how do i go for legal action against these people and need your help on this we are planning to go for Counter petition all 3
