Sir, we have purchased one audit car battery from audi servicing center for our our car two months ago. Due to starting problem, we have sent our car to servicing center visakhapatnam on 11th march 2020, your servicing team confirmed that there is a manufacturing defect in new battery and told us that they will replace the battery with new one. But, till date they have not replaced the battery. Moreover, our car also kept with them.in this connection, we request you to kindly instruct your visakhapatnam servicing center to replace the battery immediately and oblige.
