Dear sir
This is to inform you that we purchased a new audi a6 on 26th of june 2017 from your dealer kanish motors pvt ltd, karnal. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with the vehicle on 9th, july, 2017 when its wind shield glass busted with a loud noise. This incident happened when the car was parked at our residence and glass suddenly busted in front of security guards and driver. This is a matter of high concern as it could have hurt anyone around the car.
We complained to the dealers about this incident and they sent a service team who inspected the car. We were really appalled by their behavior that instead of resolving the issue they tried to make false excuses. At that moment they told to send the car to karnal which we agreed mutually but after few hours they called back and changed the statement. They said that they will not be able to handle this issue and asked us to take the car to audi gurgaon. However, when we sent the car to gurgaon workshop there were already a lot of similar cases out there.
We own cars like porsche, range rover, mercedes and bmw but this kind of problem never occurred in these cars. We opted for audi as it has a great image in the mind of customers but after this incident we are very insecure about the safety of our family members. Regretfully, we are extremely disappointed by such an unfair customer service from a brand of high repute.
We look forward to your immediate concern and prompt action in this regard. I trust you will check into this matter with due diligence to bring about a quick resolution. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved at the earliest, we will consider appropriate consumer agencies and our legal alternatives to resolve the complaint.
