Audi India — I am complaining about the poor pick Up service commitments by Mohan Motors ,Kolkata.

My vehicle - Audi A3 having reg.no. 8618 is having ECS & other sensor problems from last week, I lodged a complaint and a pick up request last Friday. Till date I am only receiving lame excuses from the Mohon Motors Office that pick up is delayed because they sre busy etc. This is very poor ASService. Kindly advice Mohon Motors to give more importance to customer problems and get my vehicle picked up. Thanks.
