Audi India — Not insured from audi company,denying to start work without an advance payment.

I am using audi A4 from last 4 years. This time i met with an accident and went for the support from audi trivandrum. They given me the estimation. But they need half the payment from me before starting the work. Because i purchased the insurance from out side the audi even though its a full cover nill depreciation insurance which covers the consumables too.
But they denying to do the work without the payment. I spent about half crore for the purchase and i dont have right to purchase an insurance from outside. Is this the way you treat your valuable customers. We are keeping our vehicle in your hands and asking for the repair. Then why again you need some security amount for the repair.
We are getting more offers from outside authorised gurages they can do the work and can get cashless claim from the insurance. But i dont want to see my vehicle on the road side. I dont want to lose my dignity. Hopping for your kind cooperation.
