My name is Dr Ajay Sharma and I am writing to you today because there has not been any assistance given to us by Audi Gurgaon (Branch next to Huda City Centre).
In Dec 2019 me and my wife Dr Rinky visited Audi Approved plus. We were interested in buying Q5. But since models were unavailable we decided to go for a Q3 and paid an initial token of 10k on request of Nitin (employee who then was transferred to Chandigarh in Feb and later left Audi).
After paying Nitin informed us after a couple of days that the said Q3 has been sold and he will initiate the refund. But nothing happened till Feb 2020 even after revising him a cancelled cheque on his request.
After he left we got connected with Varun. Even he promised it will be done but with no action.
I am attaching all relevant docs to the context above.
Hence I am now writing to you. Would request you to kindly look into this matter please.
