Audi India — removal of front screen of q3

Hello,

I am owing an audi q3 having model : audi q3 30 tdi s+ premium

Registration no dah-0004
Chasis no wauzfh8u9hy001704
Engine no. Dbb 001638
Exterior color florett silver
Interior upholstery black
Purchase date 28.07.2017

On dated 5.09.2017, the front screen of my car had been shattered and i had complained about the same to mr. Suresh (Contact no - [protected]) & mr. Bisht. They people said the front screen of this model is not available in the stock and it may take 4-5 working days to come.

But till now there is no response from your workshop (Okhla) and they are saying the same thing. So, these types of action are not expected from a such reputed brand or company.

Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We have given this case to audi service center at Kalina Mumbai as the AC was not properly working but it is more than 10 days and there is no revert. They are not able to correct such a small problem and giving miscommitment every day. The service manager is Jatin and his junior is Sumit.
please help.
