Audi India — Service related issues

I have given my accident car to audi, visakhapatnam for repairs. After receiving the car, i came to know that replacement of some of the parts concerned to the issue & not approved by the insurance company (Nil dip insurance is there for the vehicle) worth more than 1.0 lakh approximately carried without my notice. When i asked the crm, vizag for reason for carrying out such things, i was replied by the crm, mr. Dwarakanadh sai m of olympus motors that i have taken test drive, i would haven't taken the delivery of the vehicle, bills provided, might have their staff told me orally, etc,. Please see that the misdeeds of your olympus motors (Audi, vizag) have been corrected immediately otherwise this will impact the customer's belief in the audi, india. This is the matter of ethical practices. Total corropondesne is already sent as cc to audi, germany, crm, audi, india also.
