Hi, i am a unhappy audi q3 customer. Been trying to escalate my issues to the top for a long time without any success. Still trying to resolve my issues internally before i take up my issues through a legal channel.
With in first 1-3 months of purchase i had tyre issues. Never got resolved by audi. I had to repair it by myself. Company was not responsive at all with any kind of support.
2nd issue i faced in aug 2018. Same very lousy response and rude behavior from local audi workshop. Tried to escalate but i was not able to.
