Recently i have purchased audi a4 from karnal showroom. It has not been even 3 months my front right tyre has bulged. After many follow ups they arranged a chauffeur to pick my car. Then after 20 minutes driver is sending me the pictures of cracked windshield which was never there before he took the car. Now they are asking me to claim insurance for their fault.
I can't understand is this type service we are suppose to get with such big brand name. And till now i have not got any solution and above all my audi is in service centre from last 5 day.
All they can tell me is to claim insurance for the fault there chauffeur has done and for the tyre issue they are claiming that we don't know if the tyres are of our company. God knows whats wrong with these guys. They are making fool o[censored]s and just lingering on with some or the other reason. Was this information helpful? |
