I have ordered a kurta set from aurelia, an entirely different product of bad qualty with 2 sizes higher than mine were sent. On asking for exchange or return. They were giving some random video of there packaging godown telling that right product was sent, this is the proof.And they are responding with the same copy paste message when I'm writing to them again.
