Autobahn Skoda Mumbai — Car Sold to Skoda but Mobile Number Not Changed in RTO Records - Penalties

This is with regards to the above mentioned subject, please note that we had exchanged our Maruti Swift VXI and purchased the new Skoda Rapid on 20th March 2015 from Prabhadevi Branch

Please note that my wife has been getting messages from the Traffic Cell for some violation done by the new owner and there will be court proceeding

Please check your records and advise if Skoda has made the changes in the RTO regarding the mobile number when you must have sold the Maruti to the new owner

Please note that we are not liable for anything and this responsibility lies solely with SKODA as the car was sold to SKODA in exchange of new Rapid
