[Resolved]  Autobahn Skoda Mumbai — Unavailability of important part

Hi my name is Rahul and own a Skoda Laura, the brakes of car simply conked off last Tuesday on express highway and when towed to Kurla service Center they did not have the necessary braking parts. They said its manufacturing defect and we cannot do anything about it. It's been 7 days already and they have no clue as to when the part will come for replacement. The company has no alternate arrangement for a backup vehicle and they are least bothered about the customers sufferings. Car like Skoda Laura loses on brakes and then company has no part available. Please think 10 times before buying any Skoda cars.. It's like you are fools who purchased it's your problem not theirs... They have sold the car.
