[Resolved] Autobahn Skoda Mumbai — Non availability of spare parts | |||
Whenever I have a problem with my skoda car even a small spare part to be replaced is not available with them.They make you wait for weeks every time.Why can't they stock the necessary parts. even now my car is out of order. Was this information helpful? | |||

i bought a skoda rapid in the month of may.daybefore yeaterday the windscreen cracked while the car was parked in the building.i went with my car to the skoda service centre in goregaon.i had the insurance but still have to pay 5000 plus for various things.when mr rajesh kadam took my RC book ...he was shocked it had one digit less.that means the RTO made a mistake thats what i was told, i very much agree that it is the fault of the RTO.but i bought the car from the prabhadevi showroom and the vehicle was passed from RTO.and the showroom delivered the vehicle.
i did not check because the showroom had checked and i must let everyone know that this is a huge huge mistake, if my vehicle was stolen then found the police would not give me the vehicle as it doesnot have all the digits in the RC book.
i had gone to the skoda service centre at 9:15 AM and waited for some respite till 12noon.then i had to go to prabhadevi and give them the RC book so that they will rectify it with the RTO.
It was simply harassment and after reaching autobahn prabhadevi i was told that i will get the RTO slip so that i can claim insurance only on wednesday.
how slow and irresponsible is this.???????????
i would never ever recommend any one to buy a skoda vehicle from autobahn prabhadevi
