Sir
I purchased a belt on[protected] at shamshabad airport hyderabad.
Started using from 2019 dassehera day.
After 2-3 times wearing found the belt started breaking n patches on leather.
I informed to customer care n ava but they went with cock n bull stories.
I want justice with refund of money of rs 1299/-
The company is with the behavior of anti customer attitude.
They claim international brand but the product is not so worth to sell in airports..
Quality of leather is not upto the standards..

    Manager at varanasi airport has no etiquette of customer service. He tells an airport staff to come later with his complaint of exchange of earphones (pebbles) which the customer bought.
    Although the customer is an airport staff but you can’t take him gor granted as he has purchased something and is coming to you for a complaint so treat him also as a customer. Need an action towards that manager who is also abusive.

    The manager at varanasi airport has no information of his product.
    He shares number of customer care and asks to call on customer service number even on sundays making fool of ava’s goodwill. Immediate action needed on these types of foolish employees.

      Bought it as it was being sold in ava store. But the experience is very bad. The mic receptive quality is very poor which makes it impossible to hear by the other party in communication. Also, the charging case is defective as i have to adjust the headphone and keep it in a adjusted and in open case position every time for charging.

      Please suggest. I will request for replacement of the device (If it works) or a refund as the whole purpose is defeated.

            When we were buying product sales person told that if any problem in ear buds we will collect from your location and replace it. The ear bud costs 1600. Now when we call customer care my left ear bud is turning off within 2 min. They told me to exchange this product from where you bought this. Go to airport and exchanging will cost me same. So please don't buy any of there products.

                  Dear sirs,
                  My pnr number is zkj1kd and i booked your flight kochi-bangkok-kochi via phuket. On my return journey today[protected], i bought a detel bluetooth headset from your kochi ava store after seeing your add in the booklet. The cover of the product itself was damaged (Photos enclosed) and it was in opened status, ie without stickers that i inquired with the salesman whether it's a new or old. He told me that they have opened it for checking it before. I was in a hurry that i made the purchase and moved as my uber driver was waiting for me. When i reached home, it was observed that the item was a used one, may be kept as a demo piece. There was ear wax like substance in the head phone. I am deeply embarrassed and felt deceived with this experience. Being a company who value their loyal clients, i am sure that you will consider my complaint and so i am writing it to you. Please consider this as my request and do the needful to replace the product with a new one. I am not sure of the name of sales person, but i think it's mr. Muhammed or so. You can check the genuinity my case either after observing the video clippings of shop or after verifying the product.

                            I purchase EarPod on 15th August from Ahemdabad airport. They are faulty. They keep on disconnecting from the phone and neither they are full charging. They have given 6months warranty. But no idea where we will get the replacement.

                              I bought a Hottech watch at Kolkata airport. First the piece was given without a charger wire. When this was found and asked, the salesman gave a charger wire. This had a shorter pin and was useless. After 5 days I visited the Ava store at Hyderabad and the sales man replaced the charger wire. I came home and after two days the watch stopped working. When complained the customer care person asked me to collect a replacement from Hyderabad airport. To go to airport and come back I have to spend ₹ 3000. The watch cost is ₹ 1299. Again the CC was contacted. A person asked me to send the watch to the warehouse and gave me an address. I sent it to the address mentioned and the watch came back saying that the address is either incomplete or wrong.

                                  I had bought a herman & hansen combo watch from chennai airport in august 2018. The lock of the male watch is not proper and so it opened accidentally and the watch fell on ground, the glass is broken now. I had to suffer this loss due to poorly working lock in the watch. The salesgirl at chennai airport had told me that any ava shop at any airports provide services, does ahmedabad airport has ava shop where i can replace the watch or the glass and the locking system? Or where is the service center in ahmedabad where i can go to replace it? Thanks.

                                    Had purchased one electronic luggage scale on 5-4-2019 at ava outlet at hyderabad airport. The salesman promised the piece was brand new and will work perfectly. On reaching home, the display was not working. Today i traveled from hyd to delhi and visited ava counter at delhi. The salesman discovered that the battery was not working and refused to replace as the item was bought at hyd. I paid rs.899 towards cost of same. Want replacement of item in working condition. The behavior of salesman at delhi mr. Deepak was very rude. He went on to say that i can to and buy a battery costing rs.10 in the market instead of complaining. Line in reply is highly appreciated.

I gifted it to my friend Tried charging but it is not charging even after changing the adapter and cable also it is not charging

                                      I bought a Herman hansen magnetic strap watch 6126 in 18 September, 2018.it is working super last 6 months but last few days it is stop working.I bought it from online media, invoice no is FAAO5I[protected], order id is OD[protected], date 18/09/2018.I am trying to fix the time dial many times but it is not work.Please take a step towards the complain.Thank you.

                                        I bought the harsen hansen couple watch in the guwahati airport on february 03th, 2019. My transaction no is 2489271. My ladies watch which i had taken is not working the gents watch is working... I hav not wear also that watch... Can you please let me know the service center address in assam or let me know how to get it replaced. I was completely disappointed with this.
