Dear sir
I have taken a men's and women's watch from flight jet airways flying from mumbai to chennai.. My ladies watch which i had taken is not working the gents watch is working... I hav not wear also that watch... And the man in the airlines has not given me any bill just a card inside which has nothing written on that. Please give me my solution or the shop which i can show my watch.

      Have submitted the watch to you at mumbai international airport on 13th december 2018 and awaiting your revert on the same.

      Below is the details
      Calling numerous time to mr. Dixit and now he has stopped responding only whereas he promised to deliver a result within 10 day's.

      A big disappointing service, you'll don't care of servicing a customer, refer the last email whetein i deposited my watch and still no courtesy of replying with the status.

      Do you really think i will ever purchase from you'll.

      I have purchased a Watched from AVA store Ahmedabad Airport but it is not getting charged.
      I purchased Harman Hansen Couple watch from AVA Ahmedabad Airport.
      The watches are not working properly from the day one.
      I would like to return them or replace. Please tell me the procedure to do so.

        I have brought jewellery set of earings necklace nad bracelet today itself from kolkata airport dated 17 dec 2018. My flight was jet airways
        When i opened the set at home, the bracelet locking clip was not there. One cant lock the bracelet after wearing.
        How can you take so much of price for the set and give a broken piece. This is not at all acceptable
        This one i brought for gift. Just let me know how can i get it replaced as i want to gift this by this month end.

          I have been trying helpline no[protected] from hrs it keeps me on hold n never connects to any executive ivr plays all the time pls hold. I have purchased swiss miltary bluetooth earbuds frm pune airport on 22nd nov 2018 and it keeps disconnecting even when phn is in my hand also one earbuds doesnt wrk and conencts n disconnects and keep beepinh.. Very annyoing experience
          Zook powerbank frm day one has issue socket issue not able to plug carging cable into it. Kindly help.

          This is still not resolved I was given credit note on mail n I even informed in advance about my travel. They told me we have informed Delhi airport you use your credit note there and today on 6th March 2019 when I reached I was declined saying this credit note is not valid. This is sheer harrasment. From day one being punished for their system not in place. Kindly help I am following up this since December mid and after so many days it's not resolved

          Today i contacted and executive is sayin i had confirmation about powerbank alone not ear pods and earpods not in stock yet
          He said Pls call me tomorrow to find out.

          Days after following up with the ava team they said drop the products n take credit note from pune airport.
          When i reached today they denied totally about one of two products saying we never mentioned zook power bank it was never part of our complaint where as clearly i mentionef both the products n gave transaction ids of both proucts here n over phone to them.
          Today they totally denied zook powebank as part of complaint.that too when i traveller 2 hours to reach airport.
          Everytime i was being communicated over ph about both the products that hw they were not in stock at he same time was reason for entire delay.
          Also when i reached airport they marked my previous complaint resolved n geberated new complaint id i receievd message
          We are sorry to mention that your complaint number CCRN8042 has been closed owing to delay in response from your end.
          Then new complaint id was generatedfrn there end as

          Very cheap tactic to resolve n shw shrt time of resolving complaints where jn real u just harrasing consumers.

            I purchased the hottech bluetooth speakers today and just opened the packing.
            Tried to turn on the headset but the power button does not work at all. It's not even 1 day.
            The volume button seems to be working fine as there is a click sound. The power button doesn't get pressed at all.
            I was told that i will get 6months replacement warranty on the product.
            How do i get it replaced??

              I have purchased 1 herman hansen black watch 6126 on 22 jan'2018 transaction no.-2237733. Registerd mobile no. [protected]. It got stop in 1 month. Went to rajender nagar ava office and they have given me another old watch keeping my new watch. I purchased golden watch also. After 2 month again stopped. Registered complaint but could not go due to my busy schedule. They cancelled my complain. Again registered complain and specially went to submit watch on 22 nd oct 18 (Old and new golden 3339 watch also stopped) for replacement but they registered under repair category. There are 2 person shashi ranjan and kartik who has convinced me that they will get it repair and in case issue again come will replace. Poor quality, manufacturing defected watch 6126 again stopped in november 18. Again complaint and they were after me to submit watch. Again i went and submitted watch for replacement on 29/11/18 for replacement. Followed up in 1st week of dec 18. Reply by kartik, technical team will call, watch is manufacturing defect. No reply then. Called on 13/12/18 mr rahul from customer care told request is registered in repairing. I told him that i have not registered for repairing it is for replacement but he could not reply properly and said it will be repaired. Warranty of watch finishes in jan 19. I will not take repaired watch. Please refund my money or give me new watch.
              Not resolved then will claim damage, claim for 3 times visit, time wastage and delivering poor quality product.

              I have already mentioned to replace my watch . I got a call from Mr Kartik AVA where in he was requesting to take the repaired watch and in case it again get problem then they will replace the same. I told him hat they have said then same thing when watch was given to them earlier on 22nd Oct 18 . I dont trust them . Now the warranty of watch will be over by nexty month and if again the problem comes after that then they will not even listen. Please tell them to replace my watch . I will not take manufcturing defect watch back. In case they want me t o t ake the repaired watch then they have to extend the warranty for 1 more year ie till Jan '2020 with a promise t o replace the same in case it again stops working

                I purchased a hottech smart watch from kolkata airport on week before and since then i m trying to connect it with my phone as they showed me at airport that it gets connected and i can hear phone calls also. But since one week, i m so tired of this watch and wasted so much time on connecting the watch with the phone. After struggling for 4-5 hours the watch gets connected once and that too for a minute.
                I was told i can hear calls during driving but i don't know how's that possible either i should stop the car first and then struggle connecting it and then take the calls.
                I just need refund for the watch.

                  I have purchased the Herman Hansen Convertible Laptop Bag from Delhi Airport (AVA outlet )and the bag turned out to be of a poor craftsmanship and Manufacturing defects just within using first 2 months.

                  Its been more than 7 months now : the complaint CRN 6224

                  You didnt even communicate with me over the calls or emails for the delay even after making a written promise. You again set a new heights of Faliure and worst customer service with false promises which Ava Customer care and whole team was doing all these months.

                  I have given enough chances to eveery one from Asst. Store Mnanger (Kausaul) till the Cluster & Regional Manager- North ( Prasanth) and everybody is showing the topmost negligence, insensitivity or lack of attention towards the resolution.

                    Very poor quality. Not even a week since i got it. The bracelet broke in the very first use and the watch strap is very wobbly.
                    The bracelet has broken badly. The watch has a metal strap. It has already broken.
                    Very bad and unhappy.

                    It was gifted to me. And within its first usage this has happened.
                    Both me and the person who has gifted it is feeling very bad

                      Today I took a flight from Delhi to Chennai in spicejet airways, in which every passenger is provided with a gift card from deals by AVA shop by the cabin crew, in which it was written that you have to scratch card and you will get the specific gift written on the card at the arrival airport i.e Chennai.
                      As soon as I arrived Chennai airport,
                      I found the store of deals with AVA was closed there.
                      Now tell me from where I will get that gift?

                        So far no response / call received from hottech / ava mechandising..

                        I have purchased a hottech smart watch on date 19.08.18, from your store in madurai airport. I did not switch on in the airport before purchasing it. When i came home and used it for for nearly one month the swipe option on the watch screen is not at all working.
                        I have tried charging but it does not gets on. There is no luck even after multiple tries.

                        Please let me what is the replacement process.

                          I have bought 3271 headphones from amazon i have bill dated 21st jan 2018 headphone jst broke from one side jst by putting it on your ears such quality was not expected according to the reviews of the product there are no service centre to visit pls help its just sad to have thus quality of product from such reputed company it is broken at the point which is to adjust the size of headphone tried to fix it with some gum but no use

If i insert sim card in my phone its working perfect. Pls suggest me what to do or let me know the nearest service center.                               I have purchased a hottech smart watch on date 19.08.18, from your store in madurai airport. I did not switch on in the airport before purchasing it. When i came home and used it for for nearly one month the swipie option on the watch screen is not at all working.
                              I have tried charging but it does not gets on. There is no luck even after multiple tries.

                              Please let me what is the replacement process.

                                Hi, i bought this hot tech bluetooth speaker at ava shop - mumbai international terminal t2. After using 1-2 hours, it got switched off. And it’s not charging and unable to switch on. Please advise how to replace or repair the device. Customer care number given is useless, no one picking up the call. Please rectify this problem.

                                  This device is purchased in december 2016. I didn't use much because of mobile compatibility issues. This is working with samsung mobile but with other mobiles like microsoft, redmi, realme1 it is not working. Is there any compatibility issues and if yes how to solve. Presently this device looks to be working and i have attached the video. Kindly help me out. I do not want through it out side. Still it looks to be brand new but unable to use it.

                                      I traveled on air india flight ai 668 on 01/08/2018 & had purchased the set of 2 herman hansen watches (His n her watch set, product code - 6134) for the amount rs. 1299/- from ava happy flyer program.
                                      The women's watch is working fine, but the men's watch is not working.
                                      The time lags behind slowly & then completely stops.
                                      I replaced the battery with new one & but the new battery also exhausted in 2 days.

                                      Dear Team, I have purchased smart watch from IGI airport. I hardly use it and now, it's touch stops working. Also, I try to connect the same through Bluetooth device which is also not happening. Worst product.. Don't recommend to buy anyone. I tried to find customer service center which I couldn't find in Noida.
