I bought the harsen hansen watch at kolkata airport on june 9th, 2018. The gents watch is not working properly when i have opened from the seal pack and removed the strap. Ladies watch is working fine. Can you please let me know the service center address in kolkata or let me know how to get it replaced. I was completely disappointed with this.

    I had bought a Hermen Hansen 16 inch overnighter on 24/11/2017 from AVA Merchandising store at Trivendrum Airport and was clearly promised 1 year warranty.

    The product's handle came out on 6/07/2018 and I approached customer care for replacement but they are not responding. During conversation the executive mentioned though that the warranty period of this item is now reduced to 6 months (1 year at the time of my purchase).

    They are neither saying YES nor do they dare say NO as of now. Very unprofessional!

      I have purchased a herman hansen watch from mangalore airport through ava before two months. Presently the watch is not working properly. When the key activated it will work then it stoped again. After my purchase now only i am using the same. More over, when the watch is working at intital stage at each time the time showing slow. I cannot see any service centre in any log. Please let resolve this complaint.

        I have bought a bluetooth headphone from airport but it only lasted one day i just applied little pressure and it broke into two parts and when i called the costumers care they are not picking up so what should i do? Will the product get replaced its in the warranty period or will they won’t change it because at airport they told it will be replaced at any damage so i need a reply?

          Hottech on-ear bluetooth headphone had broken into two with no applied pressure. Simply, removing the headphones to keep it away, it had snapped. The speakers are still working but however cannot be worn.

          I have a warranty and the bill along with me. Please inform whether it can be repaired or not. I really like this product and want to use.

            Hi,

            I have purchased a hottech smart watch on last friday from your store in Hyderabad airport. I did not switch on in the airport before purchasing it. When I came home, I was little busy shifting so did not tried immediately and when tried switching it on, I am unable to. I have tried charging for 3hours but it doesn't gets on. There is no luck even after multiple tries.

                I bought the above head phones from mumbai airport about 6 months back and was not given the bill since system was not working and was told the same will be sent to my mail id which never happened. Within 2 months, the headphones cracked and just shows the poor quality of the product and recently i visited the same shop in mumbai airport and was told to submit a compliant.                   The headphone was purchased on january 19, 2018 and it suddenly stopped working today the 19th of april 2018. The blue led is continuously on and the headphone cannot be turned off, no matter how long i keep the on/off button pressed.

                        I have bought ava watch from indira gandhi international airport, terminal 3. The price is for 3999 and on discount it's for 1299. But the store keeper charged 1600 for the same. Please look into this matter. I am not expecting this kind of behaviour from ava merchandise.                             Purchased a 11000 mah ug101p power bank on february 19, 2018 from the bangalore international airport. The power bank does not seem to charge the phone (S) properly. When the power bank is connected, the battery percentage drops even though it shows connected. Also, the last two dots on the power meter suddenly drops to zero. Very disappointed with the product. What needs to be done now? Call me back as soon as possible to resolve this issue.

                                  I purchased a — homs beard trimmer a month ago. the trimmer is fine but charger not working. i complained at consumer complaints and ava company asked me to provide details which i did (as follows).

                                  after that i have not heard from them.

                                  The charger lead is loose at the two-pin (female) contact point. if held tightly it charges for a brief second, else loses power contact. i guess charger needs replacement.

                                    I have purchased a herman hansen rose gold ladies quartz watch from ava shop at lucknow airport, india for rupees 1299/-. With invoice number 2231374 on 13.01.2018 time 11.58 am with sales executive name mr. Vimal singh. After purchase when i came back home i noticed that the watch is not working. I have got the invoice receipt with number 2231374 with date of purchase 13.01.2018 from the ava shop at lucknow airport.

                                    The watch is not in working condition. I am deeply disappointed with ava merchandising shop at lucknow airport for its service and selling a defective watch. What should i do now. Please indicate means for refund of money spent or working watch for defective watch

                                    So disappointed since i did not use it well as yet.. Please replace the headphone for me

                                      I bought this at ava shop in kolkata airport on dec 11, 2017.

                                      When i bought it, i tried to charge it before use but its charging blue light was not coming on. So irecently i used it.

                                      It worked fine for 1 day but when its battery was to be charged, its charger-adapter is not working; its too tight and light comes blue if you hold it in hand tight, but as you put it on table, it gets disconnected.

                                      Kindly correct the problem. Or tell me whom to contact and where.

                                      thank you for kind revert. i was travelling hence could not see the reply.

                                      The charger lead is loose at the two-pin (female) contact point. if held tightly it charges for a brief second, else loses power contact. i guess charger needs replacement.
