[Resolved] Ava Merchandising — bluetooth music player

I purchased this blue bluetooth music player model.-e-bws025 hot tech from new delhi airport in july. Now it is not working properly. Neither fm is not working nor when it gets switched off. I cannot find any number of service centre nor any site of yours where i can register my complaint. Correct the issue as soon as possible.

Thanks for sharing your concern and we would like to inform you that the product that you have purchased (Hottech Bluetooth Speaker Blue) is carrying six months warranty period against manufacturing defects, As you purchased it on[protected], the warranty is expired on[protected].

Hence we are not able to further process your complaint.

So should I keep this useless product with me which is not working since a month. I did not get the number from the site otherwise I would have nicely blasted your customer care. Whenever I put hot tech in google I just get amazon products. Get your site on google first so that we can lodge complaint in time. This complaint is also submitted via 3rd party and not on your site. Ridiculous.
