Ava Merchandising — change power bank

I purchased three pebble pocket chargers 6000 mAh. One is ok but Two chargers are not working. These are not charging with any adopter. So please change it. I purchased at mumbai airport with ticket reference. I am working at terminal two mumbai new airport. i have no bill but my cell no. Registerd ava shop [protected].
