[Resolved]  Ava Merchandising — defective power bank - ug101p

Purchased a 11000 mah ug101p power bank on february 19, 2018 from the bangalore international airport. The power bank does not seem to charge the phone (S) properly. When the power bank is connected, the battery percentage drops even though it shows connected. Also, the last two dots on the power meter suddenly drops to zero. Very disappointed with the product. What needs to be done now? Call me back as soon as possible to resolve this issue.
