[Resolved] Ava Merchandising — hot tech bluetooth speaker-not working

Hi, i bought this hot tech bluetooth speaker at ava shop - mumbai international terminal t2. After using 1-2 hours, it got switched off. And it’s not charging and unable to switch on. Please advise how to replace or repair the device. Customer care number given is useless, no one picking up the call. Please rectify this problem.

iI raised a complaint Regarding Hot Tech Bluetooth Speaker 2 years back. and the complaint marked as Resolved without even informing me and infact haven`t got any support or suggestion from AVA Support.

Sp Please Stop Fooling People.
And Fake marking "RESOLVED" to the complaints raised. Its really Pathetic and Shameful response from AVA support.
