I had purchase the same in the month of august from delhi airport to gift someone and now the watch is not getting started even when i charged it (Charging was done with the usb cable provided in the box) this was a very embarrassing moment for me that i gifted someone a defective product Didn't expect that to happen I would like to initiate refund or replacement for the same The product is under warranty. It was working alright when they showed me there and when I tried to do it after coming home it's now even getting turned on. Please what kind of product are you selling. I got it exchanged as planned with the customer care executive on 4th Nov at Mangalore Airport.
It was working as the time they showed me there and when I tried to start it after arriving at my home it's not getting turned on.
Please what kind of product is this
I would now like a refund for the same ASAP
