Hi i purchased a hottech smart watch on oct 22 at about 1120 am from bengaluru airport. My name is n k venkatnarayanan. My mobile number is [protected]. I opened the box in the house but it is not switching on. Please let me know the refund or replacement process. I have bought several products from aiirport shops but this is my first bad experience.in case this is not resolved i will never buy anything from airport in future.
