[Resolved] Ava Merchandising — my smart watch not working

I have purchased hottech smart watch on august 18th in bangalore. The sim card doesn't respond idam not able to use sim card in it. If i insert sim card in my phone its working perfect. Pls suggest me what to do or let me know the nearest service center. I purchased it in bangalore airport and all the other features are working except sim card which is important
