I bought a power bank - U-GLOBE - BLACK at Mumbai on 1st Aug with bill no. 1811380 at time 11:49 am. This is not working and not charging the phone. I am not able to switch off the unit also.
I have returned to Bangalore on 5th and showed the same at your Bangalore outlet. They have told me to log a message and after the acknowledgement is received, they will replace the instrument. They wanted a complaint number.
When I have given the same for checking at Bangalore outlet on 5th, as they refuse to replace due to want of compliant number, I have collected my power bank but left the charging cable with them.
I would request you to replace the instrument which is faulty and give me the cable which I have handed over at Bangalore.
