Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of Saraswati nagar, Thirumullaivoyal. I want to bring your kind attention to the poor condition of roads in Saraswati nagar main road(Opposite to medplus). The roads are uneven and has holes in it, which results in stagnant water.

This is the main road which connects many streets in this area. The pedestrians find it difficult to walk on the road. Thus, in order to travel safely through this path, people drive slowly. This adds to heavy traffic during peak hours.

So, I request you to kindly look into this issue and resolve it as soon as for the well-being of the citizens.

The garbage collector is not coming on regular basis,
Come once in 15 days, or more people are putting the garbages on streets, which pull all over the street by dogs and cattles which needs to be addressed.
No one from municipality comes for supervision.

Sewage water is been drained continuously into open site, in spite of various reminders, the people residing in the apartment does not care to dispose the sewage water properly. This creates lots of bad odour, mosquito menace and it has become a serious health hazard in our area.

This is the case for almost a year now. Could you please make sure necessary steps are taken to stop this?

Very recently few men came and started connecting the existing drainage manholes available in our street (2nd street, Kamaraj Nagar, Avadi). There were missing manholes which are supposed to be closer to our homes and when we asked them they said it's not under our control and there were no proper actions taken on this. We tried reaching out to people who said this will take time, there are many houses here that still have managed to have small drainages just outside their compounds which get filled quite frequently. This is very hard to manage with frequent cleaning as the cleaning services come at a cost. This is not a new request, this is something that is supposed to be there but it isn't. Whom should we reach out to, what actions do we need to take? Please help us get this solved, expecting some action to be taken and get this fixed as early as possible.

It's now more than 15 days that I have logged this complaint and I've not seen any action on this yet and it's the same even if we go to the municipality office, I've always been hearing this will be fixed soon but I don't know how long is "soon" here. Request you to take necessary action asap, with the rainy season, people are struggling a lot, not expecting any new diseases because of this.

I'm living in Ranganathan Nagar, Annamalai Nagar near, Avadi. (Ward No - 19). In our street there are nearly 25 houses. I think house No - 45, Owner name - John Manikavasagam, has illegally connected a pipe line from roadside. He has fixed a motor secretly through which he steals the corporation water daily. We people suffer a lot without sufficient water supply. Because when he on the motor automatically, water drains to his 2 big water tanks.Also they waste water unnecessarily by overflowing it till downstairs. Sir, I request you to kindly consider my complaint and take necessary steps regarding it.

Allmost 85% of people coming to collect the Covid relief fund to Government Ration Shop.

In front of Ration Shop nearly more than 4 days Stagnant water staying in the same place.

In daily basis more 200 to 300 using this ration Shop for daily needs.

Due to this stagnant water apart from Covid rest of other disease will spread.

The water lorry driver is rude and he is getting lot of money for water and not providing enough water. He is only doing favour for rich people, making pit stops at front their homes for money. Leaving the poor people running for water. Please take immediate action on lorry no 5 Avadi nagaratchi.
