The roads in our locality (Annanur station road) have not been repaired for a long time. There are pits and ditches on the roads everywhere. The condition of the road becomes all the worst during the rainy season. They cause road accident. At night people sometimes stumble down. Moreover, these pits provide breeding ground for the mosquitoes. Thus there is an outbreak of mosquitoes in the locality leading to the spread of malaria.

I, therefore, request you to kindly take necessary action to mend the ways so that people of the area have good roads.

Dear sir/madam,

Our neighbors "antony house" residing in house # 34, ramalingam 2nd cross street, gandhi nagar, avadi, chennai-600054 has not been cleaning the sewage sump for several years now. At present its over flowing and causing mosquito menace in surrounding houses/locality.

We have explained the problems several times in past to antony and family, but they are not taking any steps to clean the sewage sump. We are worried that our family can get affected with malaria or dengue because of their carelessness.

Kindly instruct them to quickly take action or place penalty for having the sump open.

Respected Sir/Mam,

There are more than three street lights that stopped working. Kindly replace them for safety during nights.

Street lights are very helpful and gives confidence while walking on empty road. Please consider this.

Vacant plots are dumped with garbage because dust bins was removed and people threw garbages throughout vacant plot, road sides. We may fear due to dengue or any serious diseases may affect the people residing nearby vacant plots. Street no.16th left left, saravana nagar, manikandapuram, thirumullaivoyal, chennai -600062. Requested to clean the road side, keep 1 or 2 dustbins with banner advice to put garbages on the dustbins only.

We are facing a situation where there is a open drainage way which is not utilised for any purpose. Mosquitoes are generated more due to that. Due to that reason, in my family my father and mother are affected due to viral. I have spent more than 75000 for treatment. Why the drainage way is open if it is not being used. All the drainage water are getting stacked here since it is not opened yet and there is no proper system. Request you to take immediate action.

Respected officer, im living in nethaji nagar 3rd street in thirumullaivoyal near (New tamilnadu housing board) i like to bring to your notice their are more than 20 stray dogs in our area they causing trouble and panic suitation to people, even it causing accidents to bike drivers by chasing them, childrens and senior citizen affaird to walk by or pass by the area and the also victimized for stray dog attacks. So i request you to take necessary and soon action to remove this stray dogs from our area. Thank you

I am seeing pits and potholes in my area in which rain water stagnates and become the place of breeding mosquitoes. I request your authority to close the pits and potholes in thiruvalluvar nagar. Sir, i am living in manikandapuram 1st main road thirumullaivoyal. The apartment's sewage water was connected with pvc pipe line to arabath lake. For past one month the sewage water pipe line was extremely damaged and the sewage water from that was staging in front of my home. Most of the people were hardly trying to pass the way. So from this, it may cause some severe disease. Already the people of the street were complained about this subject. The honourable minister k. Pandiarajan was inspected the street on 18.11.2018 at 6. Pm. He said that "i will be discuss about this problem to commissioner of avadi and also we solve the problem this soon within the week."till now no action was taken from avadi municipality. So i kindly request you to clear this problem immediately and thank you.

There is a dead dog in our street and we are seeking help to get that cleared. It has been lying there from the morning. The birds seem to be coming for it. It would be helpful if we get someone to clear it asap. I am not sure who to contact for this. Any phone number to reach out will be helpful as well.

I am joel s/o victor daniel, resident of thirumullaivoyal.in front of our house (Near the main entrance), the drain was demolished by the workers from the corporation department few weeks back. After that, the wastes and residues have been left on the road itself.

It looks very unpleasant in front of our house and also it leads to road blockage, causing hardship to bikes and cars to pass by. We request you to dispose off the residues and clear this path.

When we submitted the complaint to chennai corporation, they informed us to submit the complaint to avadi municipality.

We request you to take necessary action immediately.

Iam residing at second school street, chattiram, pattabiram 600072. There is no proper steps taken to clean the drainage water on the road causing lot of diseases. No people came to clean the road and drainage for the past more than one year.
Few apartments has taken advantage to park all the vehicles on the road blocking and atl using only half way. Pls take necessary actions to make it clean and safe for people.

This is regarding wastage of water in thandurai area of pattabiram. Water facilities provided by the municipality is being ill treated and water is being wasted. Taps are not maintained properly as water leakage happens frequently. People in the area use it for all their personal uses and fails to maintain it properly. People fill water on the roads rather filling it in buckets. This isn't a complaint but a suggestion to take actions for people to be aware on the need of water and to use it and maintain it in a proper way.

Here in our area (Drivers colony, sekkadu annanagar pattabiram) there is a rapid increase in population of "stray dogs". Due to this i am facing many dificulties like walking on the road, driving a vechile, since its raining period there is a risk in spreading disease. Hai sir my house is located in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar 6th Street CRPF Avadi Chennai 600065, as mentioned in compliant above my neighbour has dumped rubbish on the path of rain water flow in Street, which leads to stagant of water on roads, as we requested them to take an proper drainage system as to cut open for rain water flow, they have refused to do so, kindly look into these issue and resolve as soon as possible.

I am a resident of sri sakthi nagar, annanur. The road condition from annanum railway station to thiru mullai vital bus stop is very bad at most places, especially the road connecting thiruvalluvar road to amma unavagam and the cholambedu road near the housing board junction. It is very risky for pregnant ladies and is a big hassle for health and safety services like ambulances and fire engines. Kindly look into this at the earliest and help fixing this issue on priority.

There is no drainage provision for selvanagar, govarthnagiri extn., avadi, chennai - 71. Around 200 families are residing at selvanagar. As there is no provision for proper drainage, the people are sacred about dengue. There are six flats. The people residing at the flats have paid the metro water connection amount rs. 10, 000 as well as drainage amount rs.10, 000. But till date there is no provision for drainage. We are paying un affordable amount for private drainage vehicle. Per home we are spending[protected] rupees for drainage maintenance. It's too difficult for a normal family. Plz look into the matter and take necessary action. Thank you.

No one is coming to collect garbage from this street homes since last 2 weeks.due to this many people are throughing there home garbage in street roads. And making whole place dirty.rquest you to please send weekly twice the garbage collectors in this street.

On I st of November[protected] some of the staff from avadi municipality came to our street which is located in Indira Gandhi Nagar, Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai - 62 to clean the drainage and to remove the mud from it. They came along with JCB machine to remove the mud from it.

The driver of the JCB machine very carelessly operated the JCB Machine and removed the mud from the trench and finally he broke the road while clearing the mud. Now the broken rubbish of road concrete and other garbage lying on road and causing distrubance to the public and also for vehicle traffic.

Hence I humbly request you to kinldy take necessary action to clear the road side rubbish immediately and do the needful.
