More than 10 street lights in a row on 60' feet station road, from giri street to valluvar street of devi nagar have been damaged and thrown out by the vardah cyclone in december 2016. There is no street light in this 1/2 km main road connecting sivasakthi nagar, devi nagar, vaishnavi nagar and jb nagar. After 10 pm when all shops are closed, this area is # dark. There is tasmac shop also in this area. People from annanur railway station to these nagars after 10 pm should use only their own torch lights and mobile torch.

Repeated requests were made to the avadi municipality but in vain. No action till date to provide street lights in this area.

Please depute concerned staff to repair the street light that remains unserviceable for the last couple of weeks. The second light post at kakkanji street having 4 tube light privides lights to the area cinsiderably. Sevaral attempts were made telephonically to the concerned staff (Divakaran) but all in vain.in the absence of the abive street light the area remains dark in these rainy day. The lathargic action of municipality staff in repairing the above street light is hereby condemned in the absence councilor.

I am a resident of ashok niranjan nagar which comes under ward no 16 under your municipality. For past 15 days there was no garbage collection done. On enquiring your office they told that the lorry for collecting garbage has gone for fitness certificate renewal. This reply is not convincing me as this could not be a valid excuse. Our area has become inhabitate due to garbage everywhere which would spread contiguous diseases. So i would kindly request you to expedite your action so that our area would become clean. Thanking you in anticipation of kind help.

Dear sir,
I'm raghunath, in my area pallavan st., sentamizh nagar, anna nagar east, pattabiram, 600072. Roads was already not in good condition, few years back for underground drainage system all our road were ditched and still now no road was constructed, due to this every year during rainy season people struggle a lot to go in this muddy clayey road, it's really horrible road, please take action, thank you in advance

The drainage manhole in my street is over flowing with the drainage water for the past one week. The half of the road is very low, so drainage water is full in the road flowing away. We face very bad smell of drainage with an intolerable odor passing on. This bad smell really troubles us more with elderly people and children at home getting affected with respiratory system issues like wheezing and other infections.
This has already been raised by our nearby residents of same area, but till date there is no response nor any action taken at all.

In our area water is being stagnated for more than a weeks ago. Near by our area koilpathagai lake is being situated. Some people near by the lake taking unnecessary actions by opening the shutter from the lake in rainy seasons. This is being done from many years ago. We can't able to stop this problem. Due to this pregnant ladies, small children, oldage people are being affected by lots of diseases. Please i kindly request you to take necessary actions as soon as possible.

My name is krishna and i am staying near angala parameswari kovil, ashok nagar, kovilpathagai, avadi. Every day people and children staying there facing problem of stray dogs while going to / coming back to office and schools. Stray dogs are chasing behind us and trying to bite whenever we walk or while riding bike on road which makes panic for old person and school kids. Also the roads are not good and in this case we may fall down if dogs are chasing us while we riding bike. Kindly look into it and take necessary action to catch these stray dogs asap as we are facing problems everyday.

Sir, drainage water are stagnated in devar street. Water is coming out from the drainage. This is happening for the last 5 days. Stagnated water spreading towards kumaran nagar 1 and 2 street. Kindly look into and close the issue.

I am the resident of bharathi nagar 1st street thirumullaivoyal.in front of my home plot no 12 mr ashok pandi made a rectangular tank on the road and stagnating the sewage water. It is creating bad smell as well as mosquito production centre. When we repeatedly advised him he is listening. Please take corrective action to solve the menace. Further the street is also not hygiene because of poor clean by the municipality representatives and by the residents. Please take corrective action to maintain the hygiene of our area.

I am a resident of the above address and living with my family members for more than 20 years. There is a vacant plot adjoining my house in ‘g’ street, sridevi vaishnavi nagar, avadi, chennai-109. There is no garbage bin in ‘g’ street. The inmates and residents of this location use the said vacant plot for the purpose of piling household wastages, garbage, debris etc. Foul smell emanates from the heaped garbage and creates health hazard among the people particularly children and aged. Mosquito menace has also doubled its impact on the residents living around the site.
Previously the avadi municipality was kind enough to march sanitary workers to the above location on daily basis and the debris / garbage / rubbish piled therein were removed through municipal trucks / carts. The above sanitation work has been stopped after completion of the period of tenure held by the councilor of 13th ward.
I request your good self sir to kindly arrange to depute the sanitary workers to the said location and remove the garbage / debris / rubbish piled therein and for which act of kindness and duty, myself and the residents of ‘g’ street will ever remain grateful to you sir.

I am residing in rani anna street, thirumullaivoyal, the appartment opposite to our street and hoses near the apartment... Have drainage system which overflows all the time and they routing that water to the roads and because of that... The road is full of drainage water.. And we cannot able to walk in roads and cant able to go to temples due to drainage water and in night time bikes get clashed due to roads get damaged due to drainage water...

We had discussed with them not to route the water to the roads... But they neglected.. Please let us know what action we need to take in this matter...

Plot no. 3101, have digged drainage damaging the tar road laid. They have repaired with cement only till there house and left muddy. Drainage people from municipality have done it and not made it proper. As this is rainy season and having small kids at home, there is risk of skidiness. Kindly take proper action and do the needful at the earliest

Drainage water is getting overflowed from ambathur ot bus stand to vivekananda school, there are hospitals between the area where, when rain comes it get stagnant. It is not cleared for nearly 5 - 6 months.

I had already put a complaint ambathur muncipality, they are neglecting and saying it comes under avadi corporation.

What ever it is public are suffering due to this, anyone can take the response and complete it.

This complaint is for Ward 13 of Avadi and Devi Nagar area. Ever since Vardah cyclone on 6th December 2016, all the street lights in a row on 60 Feet Annanur Railway Station Road covering Devi Nagar are washed out. With our repeated requests no street light has been replaced. It is pitch dark after 10 pm when all the shops are closed. There are about 9 street lights from CUB ATM to AXIS ATM on the 60' Railway Station Road and none is replaced. There are EMU trains round the clock and people from Annanoor station to reach Devi Nagar, JB Nagar, Sreedevi Vaishnavi Nagar and Vaishnavi Nagar are to cross this area. It is an urgent requirement to replace the lights and make to people to use this road peacefully.

It is learnt and confirmed that the government is opening a new tasmac outlet in the jothi nagar annanoor. It will be a problem for one and all and even for the authorities it is going to be a tough time listening to the complaints on misbehavior and other excess of the drunkards from the local people.

It is most unthoughtful act to open a tasmac outlet amidst of a residential area. We request the authorities to stop this immediately. Even the police who were here this afternoon started with a gentle talk but later asked the agitators to leave the place in a threatening note.

Hope we will get a solution soon before the scheduled opening (27th or 28th of june 2017) which they have planned just after this 3 day long holiday, leaving no space for us to escalate the issue to the higher ups. It is seems everything is well planned.

We beg again the higher authorities to intervene and stop this and leave us in peace

Respected, i'm living in thendral nagar, pattabiramm chennai -72. Our location comes in the municipality of avadi.in our area lake is there but it is filled with grass, sand and mud so water is not staying properly so water water stagnation is not happening so in this summer totally it become dried. So, i request you to take proper action to make depth by using bulldozer in the lake. So, water will stay properly on the rainy season. It will give water resource to land and help in hot summer.

Agrwa - ayhswayam galaxy apartment side... There are nearly ten (10) dogs are big troubles to the public and make nuisance sounds at night and also we are afraid it may infect our kids. So please capture these dogs immediately.
Nearly temple and schools are there foot path people and vehicle are troubled and cause accident.. So please do the needful to catch these stray dogs.

Sir, Kindly look into the water drainage constructed a year ago at the Main road, Shanthi Nagar which is totally damaged and the water flow is blocked. As the monsoon is fast approaching it is required to reconstruct with proper specification to avoid expected damages due to heavy water flow it is normally seen from the TSP Quarters. Rain water enters our houses in the Main road . Concrete walls with sufficient width and depth from starting point at king cross road to down to the Main road end to be constructed at an early date.

We are residing at 14, 28th street, j. B estate, avadi. Here dust bin was kept infront of home not even cleaned regularly.
The street dogs goes into the dust bin and out the wastes in front of home and on streets.
In night time the street dogs barking all the time and coming inside our gate.
Kindly move the waste collector to some other place, we waiting for an immediate action.
