Dear Sir,
My name is Sarumathi Yogalingam would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which Pattabiram Gandhi Nagar areas people facing since several month, but now we have loose our patience. Sir, there are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. Sometime biker loses their consideration from the road which becomes a cause of serious causalities.
Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them.
We have also sent many complaint letters to you and there is no response of it. So, this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

We reside in Thirumullaivoyal., Rani anna street, since 1990.We have our septik full since two years. And we have been lodging our complaint to the contractor in chozhanbedu road, may be more than 100 times in the last two yrs. But, no use.I wonder, is there any such service in Avadi Muncipality? And, if so, are they doing effectvely? This is a case of health and hygiene. My last complaint was done on, 27-1-16;& 6-2-16.I request the Authorities...

Sir, i am residing in pattabiram near hindu college, i must say the collection of garbage is a much heavy effort done by sanitation workers is at no fail, they must be appreciated for that. i also want to point out they some times refuse to collect cut out trees or plants to their bins for which i accept the difficulty and of-course ready to deal with it personally to reach the waste to big bins located at respective sites.More importantly they burn the waste as maximum they could at vacant sites as much as possible without fail, i am a asthmatic from childhood-the smoke reaches my room even if i closed all the doors of my house even when the vacant land is 100 meters away. sir, i literally beg you officials to create awareness to stop ashes from garbages, even the people around my houses burn the dried plants for boiling water, burn un-dried plants to drift away the mosquitoes at evening, its very difficult for me to breathe, but dont know how many like me are suffering. Maybe after sometime i would try to collect some pics and post them here.hope you would kindly consider my tearful request and request the concerned personals to avoid spreading CANCER.

I am Bindhu residing at thirumullavoual a new flat we have to clear septic tank bimonthly . here the agency charging rs 5000 for 2 load it is huge amount compared to other municipality Another they will throw it into near salvation matriculation school Pl take necessary action...

I, .S.Martin devadoss residing at Plot No.44, I floor (F3), SHINE RESIDENCY, Gothavari street, Jothi nagar, Annanur, Chennai - 600062.My area was affected in the recent flood and my apparment was fully surrounded by 4 ft flood water. The above situation has prevailed for more than 2 weeks. But the person who has been deputed for survey of flood affected areas by the Govt.of Tamilnadu has came to our area on 16.12.15 and orally told that no relief amount will be given to us however our neighbours has been assured of getting flood relief amount by the above person. In this context I kindly request you to render justice and thereby do the needful to avail the eligible relief amount.

I resided in the above mentioned area.The street is in very damaged condition, and neighbourhood build their house, in the government land and build their houses.so, that street became small.it is difficult to go in vehicle too.so, i request the government to take a action on this as soon as possible.

Area: Poompozhil Nagar, Avadi The condition of the roads is getting worse day by day. Also the garbage bins at the entrance are not properly maintained leading to very foul smell. Request the authorities to take proper action which will greatly help the residents.

Iam a resident of Poompozhil Nagar for 20+ years. It has been several (7+) years since the Main Road of our area has been laid, it was dug for Drainage laying and since then road wasn't formed. We have many people.. children to old people who has difficulty even to walk along the streets. Request you to please consider this for laying the Road as soon as possible. I am a resident of Poomoozhil Nagar. Recently, rain water drains have been dug in our area. People from apartments and some independent houses have connected their drainage pipe to it. This is causing bad smell, mosquitos, and health risks. When all over India, govt is driving initiative of Swatch Bharath, our municipality is contibuting to dirtying the locality....

Respected Sir, I am Chenguttuvan residing in Avadi TNHB no. 3063A. Last week drainage was blocked at opposite to my home (Plot no 3062). While addressing issue came to know that collecting common sump in the middle of the street was filled full of soil and sledge. Soil was partially was removed by municipality staff and issue partially solved to them. For permanent solution, Municipality staff gave feedback that swage collecting sump height to be increased. Now drainage was blocked in my home and same will be happen for all other houses since Swage collecting sump is fully filled with soil. I request to take action to resolve issue permanently by increasing the swage collecting sump height. Regards, Chenguttuvan R

Yesterday -29th june, my son has been bite by street dog, severe injury noted by avadi gh nad referred to egmmore gh, further the same complaint have been registerd in same area by two others,

So please take immediate action agaionst this

My name is Shanmugam owning house at Annamalai nagar avadi.Mr subramanian owner of house at plot nr 58 has formed private drainage on the road in front of my house letting out drainage from his house.This causes nuisance to all residenses and spoilt my well water.He is trying to build chamber also on the road increasing the nuisance. Please take appropriate action before everybody start building their own private drainge on the road.

Dear Sir, We are facing issues with so many street dogs in kulakarai st, vannankulam st at Kovolpathagai. It was so difficult for the people to live with these street dogs and at night times it getting even worse and women and children are scared because of these dogs. Every day the people are suffering because of the street dogs. Kindly take immediate action to catch these dogs for the better life of people. Thanks.

My neighbor had constructed new house and have new drainage sump also. He is not using that but letting the drainage in the open ground near my house. This is happening for more than six months and now my underground water had spoiled and smelling badly. I have informed him many times but he is not caring for it. Pls do the needful and save my underground water. Moreover snakes are wandering in that area for the moisture around it. Pls do the needful. Thanking you, Geetha.S.

I, jagadesh residing at anna street, periyar nagar of Avadi, approached Avadi municipality before a month inorder to submit a request for cleaning the septic tank of our house but i was guided to a private agency who is currently looking after the task of cleaning septic tanks from houses in and around Avadi. The concerned persons from the private agency arrived home and made the vehicle suck excretions from septic tank only for 5 minutes and collected a sum of Rs.1300 . When asked about the timing of the sucking machine, they said the machine is fast to suck more, but just within 4 days after cleaning, the septic tank got filled up again. We have complained to the owner of that private agency several times regarding this but he is denying to act and responds us in an offensive manner as he is an influential man in the locale. Kindly take necessary action in regard to this issue and let not the government allow such profit oriented private bodies to do such works when there are government septic tank cleaning vehicles sleeping in the garrage.

We are living in avadi west gandhi nagar kamaraj main street in that area one family near current transformer who stay in hurt without toilet and doing nuisance they often pour their bathroom water in road, People and many walking school student. Crossing the road vehicle falling down because of their pouring bathroom waterdaily we often warned so many times and many people in that street also warned but they do the same. Their bathroom water is near the current post anytime the current post can be fall down .so pls do the needful immediately.

Municipality announced to pay 10000 for water connection and 10000 for sewage connection. Even though the whole amount paid by so many families years back in Thirumullaivoyal, there is no sign of giving this connections. Our money is blocked. If connections cannot be given near future, please return the money. Also, please kindly resolve the street dogs problem.
