Dear Sir,

have been here in Gandhi Street for more than 10 years now the populations are very high, all the Areas People are covered, and without Drainage Specialties. it was very pathetic to live in avadi area without Drainage Systems.

we are given multiple time Request Given to Local Body People and up to Commisnor Levels. but till now not taken any action about the Drainage part.

here Childrens and Aged persons are Affected many times at Malaria and Dengue.

i don't know who's take the Responsible for human life?

we hope it has been taken Serios Action about Drainage issues and Start the Drainage work on urgent basis.

There are 5 dogs in our street

No Garbage pickups from residences

Respected sirs,

This is regarding the garbage collection from the residences of Kovilpathagai, Avadi, Mosque street and all the adjacent streets.

Initially, every day Garbage was collected, after one or two months they come thrice or twice or once in week, following weeks no pickups at all. It's two weeks since nobody turned up for pickups.

Every now and then, this is the regular condition of this system. The residence suffer looking for disposal of the garbage.

Some start disposing the stinking garbage wherever they can.

Lately if they start coming, they shall start clicking photos with the residences to show that garbage is collected. The story goes to square one again in one or two months. So the present system here is not effective.

I would highly appreciate your interference to reset the system that would solve the problem and keep the area clean and tidy.

There is a sewage track opposite to my home, the sewage water is overflowing onto our land. Kindly take necessary steps. We are facing this issues for years. Kindly tell to clean atleast once in a month.

My Name is Bala Vignesh Wara Rao B U residing at Avadi Municipality - Address, No 12/5 Sri Sai Flats, 4th Cross Street, Bharathi Nagar, Govarthanagiri, Avadi Chennai - 600071. The place where we are residing has no drainage facility due to this we are finding difficulty to live and there are so many snakes are walking in and out. The Bharathi Nagar 4th Cross Street location carries about 250 to 300 families and only up to main street the Driange facility is provided and rest streets are left and also there was no action taken till date. So the drainage water is enters in to the road and we are calling drainage clearance team to clear the water every time. A week paying about Rs 900 from 1 family out of 5 and a month about 2700 from 1 family resides in to Sai flats, this distracts our economical life and we are unable to digest this situation. This causing lot of diseases and we all are carrying a little kids in to our portion.

I kindly request you to consider this email and do the needful, Also am a tax payer and cleared up to date dues and more over paid the Waste water connection and drinking water connection tax though facing this challenges are made me to feel worse! Hence i thought of drafting this complaint and hoping one of you will address this seriously and provides a good solution.

Also next to my House there is a Vacant Land and the person not at all responding our request and not showing his attention to clean the Vacant land. there are venomous snakes are roaming and at once a snake entered in to my home. Please consider this request and take the action immediately

I want to bring to your immediate attention about burning of waste by my neighbor who does not value others wellbeing and continues this practice even after our repeated requests to use the solid waste management facility that Avadi corporation is providing.

The neighbor is a tenant staying behind our house and he has a place at his backyard where he and his family collects all kinds of waste...

Neighbors having nearby 6 wild haunting dogs which was threatening our day to day life and also my two year daughter very scared off these dogs.

Since he growing these dogs for breeding purposes it was very smelly might cause various infections due to lack of cleanliness.

On 31st march 2023 one of the dog jumped into our premises as well.

Due to these prevailing unsafed circumstances we are unable to come outside of home as these dogs are haunting in nature.

Also lots of street dogs roaming and thrice tried to atack small children while they're playing in streets.

Hence, requesting your department to visit and take appropriate disciplinary action.

My neighbors have encroached the public road with illegal post and claiming it has their property which is affecting public.
Here in 2nd Main Road, JB Estate, Avadi, Chennai 54 they have encroached around 4feet in road which is of 20ft.

Because of this encroachment people in this area are affected and facing some accidents.

Kindly take needful action to recover road and avoid unnecessary action.

For past 2 days due to rain, rain water stagnant in front of my house. It is hard to get in and out of my house and if rain continues for few days, water will enter my house with all waste.

Door to door collection vehicle not coming to our area. If so, they reach by 1 pm. Sometimes just they whistle and say already vehicle is full.

I had registered on February 14, 2023 the death of my father in law (J. Subramani, age 82, died on February 2, 2023) at his residence in Thirumullaivoyal. They had asked me to take the death certificate online, but they had not posted the death certificate up to date. Kindly provide me with his death certificate as soon as possible without any further delay.

We Are Facing Some Much Disturbance of Street Dogs Daily Night. Most of the Men are Office Working Here. Almost of The People will Come after 10.30PM at That Time These Street Dogs Chasing Them. Due to Fear They Are Going so Fast. If Someone Comes Front Just Think About it. Most of The Dogs wearing Neck Belts We Don't know Who Have Them. But They Are Left in Street at Nights. I'm Uploading an Video Also Regarding These Issue. At Night They Were Shouting Till Dawn. Kids Can't Able To Sleep at Night. Please Capture These Street Dogs As Soon As Possible. Medical waste, Bottle pieces, black dust dumped by Avadi Municipality member.These wastage causes skin infection and children playing with medical wastage. Children's taking injection and injection caps and doing dangerous activities from this waste. I registered complaint in Police station, they asked to file complaint in Avadi municipality. Please take necessary action as soon as possible. I am raising the same complaint in TN CM Helpline website also.

There is a dead cow for past 4 days near Shanthi Terrains. Please take necessary steps in Cleaning it. I request to act in a Emergency Manner before it causes any health hazards. Thanks

Hi Team,

There is an unused Govt Metro water Tank Concrete which is highly damaged and full of Throny bushes . Many snakes are found near to it . It is completely surrounded by residential home and kids are not able to come out of the home due to risk .
There is no sintex tank just only the base concrete is available which is totally damaged and there is a unused power supply box attached .

Please someone visit this street and demolish this ASAP .

Hello sir/madam,

We have constant trouble due to street dogs, they breed in 10’s and before you know they’re a swamp of dogs on the street.

We have small kids bitten by these dogs and none from municipality capture these dogs for years now

Sir, the condition of the two roads from Avadi bus stand and Murugappa Polytechnic to Ajeya stadium and further towards KV CRPF is very poor. The roads have huge and deep pot holes and the same is creating tremendous inconvenience apart from being a risk to the commuters. Kindly look into the same to get the roads repaired at the earliest. Grateful for your early response.

Near guru krupa apts in suriyagandhi St in Vivekananda nagar, sewage water is stagnant leading to mosquitoes and health issues.
