Avenues India — deducted rs. 3645 deducted from sbi account without information

On 10 nov 2019, my sbi account had been deducted with rs.3645 without my knowledge by inb avenue india pvt ltd. I had not made any transaction with them. This happens before as well they are deducting money from accounts without consumer knowledge.
