Avenues India — registration no. [protected] regarding fees deduction but not showing in your portal

I have submitted my wife form registration no [protected] in 25/09/2018 and fees through online, website provided at given link https://upbasiceduboard.gov.in. i have choose atm card (Bank of baroda visa card) submitted all required details with otp. Amount deducted from my account but not showing in final submission. Error page attached please do the need full.
