Hello sir/madam, i am maboob khan, this mail is regarding withdrawn of total amount rs. 9998 from my sb account no [protected] on 18/01/2018 without my knowledge, without any request from my side and i did not get any message like otp to my mobile. On 18/01/2018 the total amount as mentioned earlier was transferred to avenues india pvt ltd in a series of two transactions of rs 4999 each with reference number igacszuvv4 and igacszvjk8. I was trying to pay my ACT internet bill on 15th March 2018. The amount got debited from my SBI account but the bill payment was not successful. The service provide has not received the amount either. It has been 5 days and there are signs of amount being refunded. Please refund the amount at the earliest.
