Avinash — Driver cancelled the drive but money deducted from paytm wallet

I booked a taxi from TaxiForSure.After 10 mins driver himself cancelled the taxi dont know for what reason.After that my money from paytm wallet got deducted, i raised the issue to the customer care they assured me i will get my money back but still it has not been refunded.They are not taking the request seriously. Even drivers are not behaving properly i faced 2-3 times this also.
