[Resolved]  Aviva India — Wrog commited and reduce cover

My self kaushik makwana from surat. I had applied for online term plan for one corer to Aviva life insurance company on 31 mach 2015 with application id is NUP75636372. I had disclosed my income to an executive of the company (Aviva) and confirmed that as per my income I am eligible for sum assured of Rs. 10000000 by them over the phone call made by them. Even after submitted my all documents company not inform me that i am not eligible for sum assured of Rs. 10000000. If at that time inform me i has been cancelled it. But now all medical test had done and now company reduce my cover as a reason of financial matter. Now i am not agree to continue with less cover and decide to cancel policy and asked to refund my hardest earned money, Company said that after medical test refund will deduct medical test expense . Please provide me an justice because if company inform me before medical test i would cancel and no rise any issue, it is a company's and it tale caller's mistake, why people suffering by wrong unfair trade practice.
