I lodged a compliance issue with my relationship manager. He ignored it for 1 month and when I reminded him said it was being investigated. I asked him to fix a meeting with someone senior which he promised to do by last week. Still haven't heard from him or them. Since I knew the CEO from a previous role, I sent an email for his attention. No response. I lodged a complaint with the service centre. They have come back asking me for info they already have. It appears that their CRM network is based around making it too difficult to actual have an issue heard. As a marketer myself, this is about as bad as it can get for any brand.
I am already in the process of withdrawing my pension fund prematurely.
