Now i had got job in hdfc life, because of my name showing in irda i am getting trouble in joining the job.
So, i am requesting you to please remove my name from irda so i can work in in hdfc life. Hope you will accept my request and short out as soon as possible.

    I am former employee of bajaj allianz life insurance company blocked my employee i. D without any information without any notice when i complen for it company given me reliving latter and finish his work. I lost my 15 year carrier here only in two years. Pollitics all over menegment zero no any role of hr department no any h. R policy for employees i am jobless now only mistake of menegment.

      My policy is auto terminated as i couldn't pay but after 5 years they are supposed to pay back whatever the value is. It is terminated on 11th december and i requested the call center to help me expedite the refund but they have a standard answer "please wait for 15 days from the date of termination". I was been promised different dates.
      On 20th december - i raised a request to which some lady calls back says you will get the money on to your account on or before 24th dec. On 24th december when i check with them they refute their words saying "we promised you that we will process before 24th december and it takes 24 to 48 hours" then on 26th december - they say "please wait till 6 pm today. You will receive the fund and i got a message also that it is processed and when i call them to let them know it i not credited - please wait for 24 hours'. On 27th dec - they say"due to technical issue it was delayed and we are working on it. No date or time is committed. I have been following up with them relentlessly because of personal emergencies"but no help. Worst thing is call center associated behave like as if they are favoring me by giving the information available in the system. I wrote a mail to complaint desk - this is very funny. Firstly, they say we will get back to you in 4 days and after 4 days another mail saying"we will process in 3 days". I myself work in customer service profile but if a promise is delayed - i go to the process owner and escalate and get it sorted but there is no urgency exhibited by agents. They are way too casual. They will happily say"please wait for a week and call us if you dont get money

      To say the least - pathetic experience

              I am TIPPANA NAVEEN REDDY lives in Visakhapatnam recently completed my btech 1st year. I got a call on[protected] from divya who told about the pxv company that i can earn 22k from joining in online captcha filling work and hurridly took my digital signature and aadhar details by telling server is down. After that a lady called me with [protected] no. For confirmation. Then after next day 14-05-19 a women divya ph no.-[protected] gave me a user id and password and the app the send it in gmail (It is not present in playstore) mail id is [protected]@gmail.com the companies one more mail id is helpline. [protected]@gmail.com.After the signing of agreement I came to know about the company that it's a fraud company.They manipulate our work and show the wrong results.After 10 days they threaten us for money by sending emails and messages.Even the lawyer tries to threaten us.Today[protected], I requested the company to cancel all my workload and in return they were asking me to pay the penalty of Rs5100/-.Actually according to agreement they are charging money only for maintaining the website.The company is trying to fool the people with this work.so kindly help me and other innocent people.Kindly take notice of this PXV COMPANY.Even they denied to say their website name.KINDLY PLEASE HELP

                These people are the biggest fraud. Because when you ever complain or try to talk the customer service. They just don't response and they take the money at the name of premature policy. And they are not even giving it back or not doing anything.                   I took aviva life insurance company india plan in october 2014.
                  I paid for 3 years and then i couldn't pay for it.

                  The policy is under discontinued status.

                  I wanted to withdraw funds as i needed money very urgently.
                  They denied saying that there is a lock-in period.

                  As per irda guidelines, i can withdraw the policy even if there is a lock-in period, however, i have pay surrender charges.

                  I went to the branch and the manager over their denied.
                  He asked me to send the email to their customer care.

                  I got an automated reply that they will reply in 4 business days.
                  No reply from them yet.

                  I have been unable to contact all customer care numbers of Aviva india since 25Nov'20 till date. They all prompt BUSY when called from my registered number between 10am to 6pm.
                  Moreover all my mails to their customerservice, complaints and gro returned with failure message.

                  I feel helpless as I cannot get status of the surrender application for my policy. Even noida sec 18 branch, where i have submitted the request for policy surrender have expressed their inability that they cannot open their system due to technical glitch.

                  whatever technical problem they might be undergoing through at least they must have some point of contact whereby customers may get some reassurances.At least they may send text messages to their customers at some intervals that me ease their worries.

                    Last year, i invested 1 lac per year as a premium in aviva affluence. Due to some personal things, this year i decided that i cannot continue as the premium is very high. So i decided to close the policy. When i called the customer care, i was told that if i cannot pay the premium, the policy will be marked as discontinued, however as it has 5 year locking period, i have to wait for 5 years to take the money.
                    On top of it, they said whatever money currently is in the policy will not be invested in the market, but kept with them and at the end of 5 years, it will be returned with 4% per annum interest.

                    I was absolutely disgusted with this.

                    How aviva is cheating people. The aviva agents never disclose these things when subscribing the policy and make us take the policies. And when we reach to company during our difficult times, the company shows all these rules.

                    How such big companies are playing with people's money is absolutely disgusting..

                    Fund manager reached me and assured me with taking time to pay the policy premium. He said the policy will be in-force and the customer is given sufficient time to pay the premium. He has also proposed other options like funds transfer from other existing policies to keep this policy running. I accepted his suggestions. Thanks Aviva.

                    He undersood my difficulties and assured me with the resolution.

                        I had taken a policy dhan vridhi no tdw3159145 in may 2012. For annual payment of 35947rs.in feb 2019. I surrendered my policy and received only rs 53849 plus 5 year payment of rs65156 so after 7 years should aviva not pay 50%for a 20 year policy?
                        When i asked for break up of details they sent me details from october 2015. Three years short. Why is this so?

                          Policy no: 10358178, date of commencement: 09.02.2018, proposer: anupam burman, life to be assured: boudhayayan burman (D. O. B – 23.05.1978), premium: rs 160, 000.00

                          Please go through the mail as i am under severe depression and yours company representative have damaged my life peace stability

                          This is to inform you that i mr anupam burman 69years old and above senior citizen had done a policy with your esteemed organization on the month of february 2018 with an amount of rs 1, 60, 000.00 by lending money from others and being a widower i have to deposit my late wife gold ornament in muthoot finance for the adequate money asked by yours company representative and the agent where my policy was put under is “soumick sarkar - direct agent with a agent code 60188721, email id: [protected]@gmail.com”.

                          These all money had been given as i had received a call from an unknown number claiming he is calling from insurance service provider where i had been asked that if i had any lapsed policy/any problem, they would help me out to recover the money with minimum requirement being fulfilled by me and according to that they had taken a appointment in my residential address where i lived. After he came i had told them i had a lapsed policy of met life and kotak life (Might be i had not informed earlier) which i had already made a complain against them to the company but to his confident i was made to understand by him that if i submit a total premium of rs 1lakh 60thousand once only i would receive the total money by 6 months with 200% confidence as per the norms of irdai. Added to that they had asked me for the documents of my son as my age would not permit as i am above the age to be life assured. I had told him as my son doesn’t live with me it would be not possible for him to sign the documents as well to give the documents but sumit jaiswal the agent had provided me his mail id as ([protected]@gmail.com) and had asked me to tell my son to send the documents down there and about the signature of my son it could be done later either the scan copy sign of pancard signature would be put there which i later found had been forged by them. On this mentioned fact i am once more attaching the signature verification form and identity proof with self attested signature put into it along with bank stamped and sign put into this.

                          It is really frustrating for a 69 years senior citizen who is a diabetic patient to deal with such people. On top of that i would like to inform you that when the policy was done with forged signature of my son, who was not in west bengal as mentioned earlier. I had personally called the agent and till today no action was taken.

                          They are violating the irda norms for life insurance coverage by your authorized advisor "soumick sarkar - direct agent with a agent code 60188721, email id: [protected]@gmail.com fraudulently had made them life insured for the disputed policies (Insurance contract document) when the life insured were not himself were in town at the time of doing the policy. From the signature of my son it clearly depicts every details had been forged including the signature.

                          So, request you considering the above mentioned fact pls. Return/refund my hard earned money as soon as possible as this is a fraud done by your authorized agent “soumick sarkar - direct agent with a agent code 60188721, email id: [protected]@gmail.com" with a very senior citizen of india, otherwise i will put these forgery episode in front of" insurance ombudsman” for proper justice. Added to that sir please note that the above mentioned complains i have put was much way back on the month of 9th may 2018 where the complain was acknowledged on the same day and on 18th may an additional requirement was asked for but that time as i was seriously ill i had mailed the same to yours customer service and one of aviva sales team as mentioned to me is” ayanangshu samajadar” email id:ayanangshu. [protected]@avivaindia.com who had personally requested me on behalf on sumit jaiswal to withdraw the complain and they would refund my money on medical ground which is true, but on the other hand this sumit jaiswal had given me a written declaration from pnb met life and kotak life insurance with a logo and stamped put into this that my money will get refunded and approval had came for this which is attached with this letter.

                          Also to my more disappointment i had mailed several times and had received mail from your team aviva on the date as 18th may for additional requirement the on 19th july mailed to your sales team name as ayanangshu samajadar received mailed agin on 20th july acknowledgement to be patient as they are treating my request with priority then again on 25th july i had mailed mr ayanangshu samajadar to treat this with utmost important and 10th august i had personally mailed your customer service for the time required as:this is reference to your mail received on 25th july 2018 where you have asked for : bank attested signatures in attach format along with self attested scan copy of valid id proof of life assured (Boudhyayan burman). On this above requirement as my son stays out of town most of the time i have asked for the required documents from him which he will be sending by 10working days and as i am medically not well for this i was not being able to send the required documents for the same.

                          And on 9th september lastly i have send all required documents needed by your aviva team in a maild id :[protected]@avivaindia.com and on very next day i. E. 10th september 2018 i have again received a same acknowledgment mail that they will treat my case with priority and i would also receive a call from your redressal team name as sonu sharma probably but to my sorrows i haven’t received any call regarding the issue despite of that i had received again a rejection mail dated on 19th september 2018.

                          Here is a list of reasons why the advice i received when i was sold endowment policies in the name of my wife and myself have been with bad advice and huge mis-selling.

                          The endowment policies were not suitable for me.

                          The sales representative did not properly establish the reason why i am putting money on this plan

                          No fact finding was completed during the sales process and therefore the sales representative gave a huge mis commitment of the plan which we found to be false later

                          The representative named as sumit jaiswal who had mis-sold my other company policies also where i have complain recently gave me a call that my previous invested policies would get merged into a new fund with different company name as aviva life insurance and accordingly he had bought all letter found to be a false documentation but to be honest at first sight i was convinced as he had stamped the documentation with yours company name and other company where i use to have policies were also stamped by him. He said he would help me out to recover the money with minimum requirement being fulfilled by me and according to that he had asked me to provide around 4lakh amount so that he can merged this policies with my previous company. After he came i had been told that a approval had came regarding my merging of policies for which i had been provided a approval copy with irdai stamped and kotak life stamped on other letter along with pnb met life approval letter on it and to his confident i was made to understand by him that if i submit a total premium of rs 3lakh 85 thousand to aviva life and bharti axa after being negotiating the amount from 4lakh i would receive the total money by 6 months with 200% confidence as per the norms of irdai.

                          Other options for repaying the policies, such as a withdrawal procedure were not discussed with me.

                          The representative said these policies would definitely pay off within the stipulated time given to me and gave me a vague figure i would get back.

                          The representative said there would be a lump sum payable in addition at the end of the 6th month which later got extended to 1year and did not explain there was a risk the endowment would not meet the target amount.

                          The representative did not discuss in full the funds my endowment was to be invested in or when actually i can withdraw my money back in full.

                          The representative did not explain the endowment was a long-term policy and that i would need to be able to keep up payments over the whole term.

                          I already had an endowment plan with previous company which was mis-sold to me as said above by the same representative and the adviser told me to cash it in and sold me a new policy by merging the same with the previous company and told me as insurance terminology as portability.

                          Also he had taken my documents of aviva life documents along with other life documents invested by him assuring that for my peace of mind he is taking these and if possible he will correct all the discrepancy and would returned it back as soon as possible. Because i had insisted him to cancel all the policies as it was within the free looks period.

                            I always use aviva online portal for making payment for due premium. Unfortunately whenever i tried to make payment the portal either hangs or got stuck inbetween and never show the payment receipt.
                            Their portal is so bad that even you cannot download the receipt as well. Always i have to request from customer care.
                            My money got stuck in this, i realy dont rely on its services as well now.
                            Even government site portal are so good in these days but this aviva company looks fraud to me.
                            Although sachin tendulkar also just so greedy for money that he don't see what kind of company it is giving advertisement for.
                            Such a pathethic company and indian players are in these days.
                            Fed up with bad services from aviva. No one improving even after so many follow-up.

                                Hello Sir,
                                I have taken the policy Plan Save Guard RSG1722982 on 20.10. 2007 and while taking the policy Aviva Representative told that if you want to discontinue after three year you would not pay any hidden charges but if you will Surrender with in three year than you have to pay some surrender charges.
                                I have surrender my Policy on 04/06/2018 than they told me value of my Policy Rs.1, 79, 404/- but they paid me on 08/06/2018 Rs.1, 73, 072/- only.
                                When call up the customer care they say nothing can be done. These are Policy Surrender Charges you have to pay and no proper response from customer care.
                                Please look in to the matter personally and arrange to reimburse me deducted amount.

                                  Bharti Axa agent done my policy by illegal way and he forged my sign and fraud with me after many complaints bharti Axa Life Insurance company not refund my money and they not support me for refund my money if bharti Axa company earn money why they not send their sister daughter and wife and earn money I uses this language because last 4 years they not refund my money bharti Axa ke kuto ganduo apni maa sister and daughter chudwao tab paise kmao kisi ke hard working ke paise to mat khao ab kha gye irda bale Jo abhi bhi aisi companies ke help kr rhe but not help customers for save their money

                                    I have made many request and complaint to hdfc for process to redumption of my policy but no one inform to how i can. i m unable to come your office for putting the redumption application. even i got many calls from your office for redumption of my policy to deposit the money and once i have deposit the money also but still i did't got the solution. if within 15 days i didn't got solution i complaint to IRDA, at the time of policy you are give many promisses but at the time of withdraw made excuses

                                      Hi, the below policies were done without justifying the policy benefit. It was told by the agents to my father these are all one time investment. The policies were done without my consent and my signature has been forged.

                                      My father is an old man, and the aviva agents explained to my father these policies were like fixed deposit and you needed to pay only once. I live in us and i wasnt present in any of the instance. My documents were taken from my father stating they need a nominee's document as a proof. I have read so many complaints and think such companies should be shut down. The agents misinform and fool old people like my father. I don't want to continue with any of the policies and i want my money back. I am also planning to approach the police regarding forgery. Please return my money at the earliest. Obviously the agents don't pick up their phone and have gone absconding.
