The complaint is regarding my aforementioned policy # against my agent "mani pratap singh - mobile #- [protected].

This is to inform you that i started my first communication for the policy on january 28th, 2015 and afterwards, on april 9, 2016 with respect to loss of my policies, i contacted him again.

To elaborate, since last almost two years, that this person (So called agent of mine) sold me the policy, i have been trying to contact him and pleading him to come at my residence to guide me in surrendering the policy as first thing. Also to mention that he misguided me when he first narrated the benefits of the policy and then was in a haste that i choose the policy under pressure within a day's time with an exceeding minimum amount that was needed to invest.

I also have recorded all the messages since then in my phone.

- as mentioned, the first communication was with respect to the loss of policy document where i wanted his help and asked him to complete the formalities for me to get me the hard copies of the policies. He continued to fool me around by giving me false hopes that he will come and will help me get done with all the formalities to retain my policies, but never showed up or called back, despite of reaching out to him a several times.

- then one fine day i get a call saying,"madam, my promotion is due, can you please kindly pay your premium and i will get bonus points for that"to which i responded that i do not wish to carry on with my policy and moreover you never came up to help me get back the hard copy of my policy, so could you please first fix this and then we talk about the premium as i do not even have my policy on e-mail (All thanks to him, that he got my e-mail id recorded as wrong in the first place, at the time of submitting the prerequisites of the policy.)

- i asked him and called him again and again to at least update my details which included my (Correct e-mail id, phone number and residential address) on aviva's system so that i get all the information handy and get updates from the company, but he again played a deaf ear on my requests and till date these requests are pending.

I would like to put forth series of events that shows his misconduct towards me as his client and carelessness towards his duties:

1. After calling him starting from april 9-2016, several times and requesting him to get my address and phone number changed for the policy (As i got married), he ignored me and stopped answering my calls further;

2. He even got my e-mail id recorded as"wrong e-mail id" due to which i stopped getting all the important information from the company and despite of requesting him to get my correct e-mail id recorded in the system, he ignored my calls and requests;

3. Later on he stopped answering my calls and then coming back with a message stating that he just got married recently or he is out of town and he will not be able to help me any further;

4. There has been 3 to 4 incidents since then that i have asked him to follow up with my pending policies, he never came in person to meet me and denied helping me further.

5. After keeping much patience i told him that i am unable to go to the head offices as i am pregnant with 8th month, i also gave him a warning that if he do not turn up to help me i will escalate the matter, he again fooled me around, freezing my whole day as i kept waiting for him till evening but he decided to switch off his mobile and run away from responsibilities. Date - december 18, 2016.

The gist of the matter is, first he fooled me and my family by putting forth false benefits of the policy and once i signed the document he disappeared from the scene. He very well knew our financial condition and that i was getting married in july 2015, he still forced my family to get the policy and promised that he will guide us on every phase come what may. Along with this policy, he also promised to help us come in alignment with my other two policies with aviva, as the agent who was allotted to us then had resigned and he had taken over in his place.

With all the false promises, misleading and betraying the client agent relationship, i wish to complaint the matter further in urgency so that strict action is taken against his behavior and i get some kind of compensation against the torture and harassment that i have to face in all these years.
