Aviva Life Insurance Company India — policy surrender charges | |||
Hello Sir, I have taken the policy Plan Save Guard RSG1722982 on 20.10. 2007 and while taking the policy Aviva Representative told that if you want to discontinue after three year you would not pay any hidden charges but if you will Surrender with in three year than you have to pay some surrender charges. I have surrender my Policy on 04/06/2018 than they told me value of my Policy Rs.1, 79, 404/- but they paid me on 08/06/2018 Rs.1, 73, 072/- only. When call up the customer care they say nothing can be done. These are Policy Surrender Charges you have to pay and no proper response from customer care.
