[Resolved] Aviva Life Insurance Company India — Unethical Behaviour | |||||
One executive from Aviva called and made me to pay half yearly premium for assured sum of Rs. 50, 00, 000 of term insurance after verifying gross income and other details. But, after 3 days, I getting mails from aviva, saying that they can offer only Rs. 30, 00, 000. And no proper response for my queries in the mail, and no calling me either regarding this. When i call Aviva customer care, they disconnecting the call in between. Was this information helpful? | |||||
