FRAUD COMPANY - AXAWAY EMERGING SOLUTIONS ! BEWARE.
THEIR LICENCE SHOULD BE CANCELLED. THEY ARE FAKE PEOPLE. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY AND DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND VALUABLE TIME ON THESE CHEATERS PLEASE.!
I Praveen Singh from Delhi, have applied for Temporary Foreign Worker Program, seeking consultancy for Canada - in the month of May 2020. Axaway Emerging Solutions, prepared a Contract of Agreement (Consultancy) on a stamp paper AC819766, dated[protected]. Axaway charged me INR 44, 000/- for this service as the initial payment after which they provided me with the agreement and stated the whole process to immigrate to Canada would take 6 months to 12 months approximately. I have the proof of the initial payment of INR 44, 000/- as well.
They mentioned that if this application was unsuccessful within a year's time, they will refund INR 20, 000/- from the INR 44, 000/-
They have not provided even a file number or application number that they have registered my file through the Canada Immigration Portal. They have provided some fake bar codes, which don't reveal any date when scanned.
After 2 months of the application, I started following up and all they say is please wait please wait. After a year I mentioned that as per the agreement, you have to provide me with the refund as per the contract signed between me and Axaway, but they only say WAIT, everything is under process.
They are not releasing my money, the company keeps changing emails ids and customer service people. They are not consistent and always only say we are working on your case. They even asked me to send a letter to claim the refund, which I did and they promised that once I send the letter they will refund the money after one month.
It has been nearly 4 months plus since the letter for processing my refund has been sent to Axaway but there is no solution.
Since 11 May 2020 to today 25 December 2022 - its been over 2.5 years since I have registered with Emerging Solutions, but all I get when I call them for refund is WAIT.
No case number, no case filed, only taking money and cheating people.
CHEATERS, FRAUD COMPANY - YOU NEED TO REFUND ME MY MONEY BACK NOW - I HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS, AGREEMENT, RECEIPT, REFUND LETTER ETC...
