Axaway Emerging Solutions — Never updated me about the progress of process and now not refunding the money.

I am yogesh. i have applied for work visa for canada with axaway emerging solution, mohali, punjab on 31st may, 2019. they never intimidated me with any progress of the process. Only i have called them every time to get the progress details, but they always gave me a new date. i think they are not doing anything at their end, just giving new dates and fooling us.
Its been more than one and a half year, but still not a single updation of the process. So i asked them to refund my amount that is refundable. But they said, they need 15 days. But still no details from their side, after more than a month. Even not any information of the delay. Please refund my money.
