On 28th nov 2019 i transfered rs.101/- from kotak bank upi, which was confirmed success by kotak bank customer care, but axis bank stolen that cash and now saying the transaction was failure and say cash has not come to axis fastag. I made a complaint to axis bank nodal office, but no reply.
Now i am waiting 30 days to make a complaint to digital banking obudsman with a penalty for delaying about 2 weeks and still not crediting the amount to axis fastag account.
Axis bank use old age software which is slow, that is the reason for failure of transaction, but they had stolen the money and say always they had not received money. I will never use axis bank and their services again.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
