I have paid Rs.200/- and applied for FASTag from Axis Bank web site on November 26th.
URN : 56916023
Receipt Number :[protected]

Till today (Dec 10) I have not received the tag.

Customer care number[protected] is fake. It doesn’t work.

There is no customer care email id. Axis Bank is a fraud Bank. RBI should ban Axis Bank.

Axis Bank is unfit to do FASTag business. GoI should take ban Axis Bank
I want my money back.

    I got a call from axis bank about one assist i just hear it and they told that amount 500 some thing will detect but they 1899 from my axis bank savings account for one assist. I don't want this plan. So kindly cancel this application and repaymy amount. My account number ending with 20911. Kindly cancel my one assist.

      I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal.
      I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank.
      I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank.
      Their customer service number is also not reachable.
      I applied on date 30/11/2019
      I get no response till date.

        I ordered fastag from Axis bank and its been more than 15 days, however, I have not heard anything from them. They have not provided any tracking no and their customer care have no idea about these orders. At least, they can provide a tracking no so that I would know the status. 15th December is almost here and I don't want pay extra amount at the toll and stand in long cash queue. Please provide status asap.

          I had made a request for on line transfer of funds from my axis bank account to my fathers account at idfc first bank. The payee/beneficiary was registered and a trial amount of rs.10, 000 was first transferred successfully to the beneficiary.
          Subsequently another online request was made to transfer rs.25, 00, 000 to same beneficiary. The amount was debited from account but two hours later the amount was credited back to my savings account. The reason given for reversal is code "r05" which subsequently the branch staff informed me refers to details of payee not matching.
          This explanation looks silly and unsatisfactory because a trial amount of rs.10, 000 was already transferred to same beneficiary.
          I have incurred a loss of rs.1, 00, 000 due to delay in this transfer. I would like axis bank to reimburse this amount.

            I purchased Fastag online on 29th November and received wallet ID etc. through mail, but till date not received Fastag physically. As it is mandatory 15th December onwards, so tried to contact toll free number as given, but it was also futile. No tracking available, I even don't know if it has been dispatched or not. The dispatch was supposed to be made within 7 days but till date no news regarding dispatch. In toll free number also, there is no option to enquire about the fastag purchased online.

              I have already send mail to etc.[protected]@axisbank.com regarding the fastag problem on 07/12/2019 but still there is no progress. Instead i am getting axis bank alert to recharge fastag wallet as there is 0 balance. How could i recharge it without fastag physically not received. Also toll free number is not working.
              paid for fast tag almost 15 days back. But still not received the fasttag. Pathetic service.

              paid for fast tag on 28 Nov'19 . but still not received till date. when should i expect and where to inquiry about this.
              i have applied for fastag on[protected], still i am unable to get it, worst customer service by axis bank, they didn't respond to email, called them 100's of time and they dont have log of their caller, every tym u r fed up of explaining things from zero, attaching my receipt, and will go to consumer court.

                  On 28th nov 2019 i transfered rs.101/- from kotak bank upi, which was confirmed success by kotak bank customer care, but axis bank stolen that cash and now saying the transaction was failure and say cash has not come to axis fastag. I made a complaint to axis bank nodal office, but no reply.
                  Now i am waiting 30 days to make a complaint to digital banking obudsman with a penalty for delaying about 2 weeks and still not crediting the amount to axis fastag account.
                  Axis bank use old age software which is slow, that is the reason for failure of transaction, but they had stolen the money and say always they had not received money. I will never use axis bank and their services again.

                      Hello! Your a/c no. 671507 has been debited by rs. 118 on 09- dec19. The a/c balance is rs. *. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

                      I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
                      Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

                        I have opened Axis Bank ASAP account before 15 months. Recently, I amazed by looking a thing called consolidated charges (500₹ + 90₹ GST). They have deducted the same amount thrice. When I called customer care they told me it is the charge by bank what I need to pay. I asked them repeatedly what is the reason for this charge? They just disconnected my call every time. I want to know how any bank can deduct amount without any reason ?

                            I had applied for fast tag on 21st nov 2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of appliction. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id and etc customer id.

                            There is no tracking option is available on axis bank fast tag site.
                            Not received any confirmation email for new fasttag payment. Also no reply from your customer care numbers [protected]/5662/5899/5456/5462 and [protected]I have paid for fasttag and my registration number is MH19R7383 as I have not yet received any confirmation mail from your side till the time. I have tried to contact your above mentioned telephone but each and every phone number is not replying only bell is ringing from last 2 hours. Hope you will take quick action and reply immediately. I am enclosing the receipt of fast tag payment made online.
                            If not received withun 7 days I will complain to obdusmen please note.

                              I ordered a fastag from axis bank website on 24. Nov.2019 and paid 200/- form my savings account. I haven't received any communication from axis bank team since then. No wallet id, no fastag, no confirmation, nothing... I have written to the mentioned email id "etc. [protected]@axisbank.com" on 27-nov-2019 and was promised to be replied with in 2 days and that did not happen till now. I have also tried calling their customer care to find out that my details were not captured at all and they also promised it to be resolved in 2 days. It appears like 2 days is their standard sla time. Pretty stressful and useless service from a bank i used for the past 15 years.

                              I have been doing the same for a month now and did not received any kind of support from the helpline numbers. Same is the case with the email support as well. Other than the automated response, I am yet to get a proper response from the team. Useless service by the Axis bank. Why setup something in a rush and deduct amount from the user when you cannot provide even the least service.

                              I ordered food from zomato on 17th which was cancelled by zomato itself. The 140 refund was initiated by zomato but has not yet credited in my account. The RRN[protected]

                                I need to close my saving account which is currently inactive. Previously it was salary account after that i left that company & it got turned into saving account. The amount is in negative & today i had visited the nearest branch to close my account but they refused to do it. They said they'll not waive off the charges.

                                Unfortunately i'm not going to pay the charges, so it's my request to the bank to close my account at the earliest.

                                I had already visited the Powai branch but the concern person out there said you need to pay the amount.
                                I’ll not pay the consolidated charges . You close the account at the earliest.

                                  I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 87, 000.

                                  This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as i lost my job and my family has fallen under financial crisis in recent months, but i would like to settle this in a fair and just manner.

                                  I can be able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 15 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                                  I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                                    I have account with axis bank hence applied for fastag on 26november.
                                    Which is to be delivered in 7working days.
                                    Today is 09december no response and more than 7 working days.
                                    I don't understand which calender or time you follow???
                                    Complaint lodge with customer care with lot of hassel. No response from their.
                                    2nd complaint lodge on fb still no response.
                                    3rd complaint given on axis fastag mail on
                                    6th december they were suppose to revert in 2working days still no response.
                                    Have done mistake by applying for fastag from axis???
                                    Why no response from you???
                                    You are charging for it not providing free.

                                      On 26 nov 2019 i have placed order for axis bank fast tag through your axis bank fast tag portal and rs 200 got deducted from my sb account.

                                      I even received a message from axis bank may fast tag wallet id as [protected] and also next message as your etc fast tag order has been successfully place. We will dispatch the tag with in 7 working days.

                                      But till now i have not received my fastag and customer care for axis bank fast tag also not working.

                                      Kindly register my complaint and get the status of my fast tag as soon as possible.

                                      I have applied for axis bank fastag and payed 200 rs as security fees . And i recieved a message that it will be delivered in few days but still it has not delivered to me. Please resolve my issue ...

                                        Credit card not closed till now. Only late payment is continued. I have paid my excess due too. Plz close card immediately. Attached statement.
                                        U ppl calling me to pay settlement amount and i have paid too but still not closed only contining monthly late fee. U r cheating me. As my late payment has reached now 6000. I[censored] had closed my card on 2017 it would have not reached.
