[Resolved] Axis Bank — axis bank fastag not received | |||
This compaint is regarding axis bank fast tag. There is issue of non receiving physical tag. I had applied for fast tag on 21st nov 2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of appliction. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id and etc customer id. I am facing the same issue. Applied for Axis Bank FASTag on Nov 26. Till today (Dec 10) not received the tag.
Customer care number[protected] is fake. It doesn’t work.
Looks like Axis Bank is a fraud company.
I want my money back immediately with compensation.
Axis Bank is unfit to operate in India. RBI should close it down.

I had applied for Axis Bank Fastag o 28th Nov 2019 and also paid via their online portal. Till date there has been no intimation from Axis bank regarding the status of delivery of the tag. Their call center number mentioned on their site does not seem to work at all. Now the deadline is near and am without a fastag.

I have purchased Fastag online on 30 Nov 2019 and received the wallet number through email. It was mentioned that within 7 working days I will receive the fastag by courier/post. But till date (11 Dec 2019) there is no sign of this item being delivered to my home. Not received any confirmation email for new fasttag payment. Also no reply from your customer care numbers [protected]/5662/5899/5456/5462 and [protected]I have paid for fasttag and my registration number is MH19R7383 as I have not yet received any confirmation mail from your side till the time. I have tried to contact your above mentioned telephone but each and every phone number is not replying only bell is ringing from last 2 hours. Hope you will take quick action and reply immediately. I am enclosing the receipt of fast tag payment made online.
If not received withun 7 days I will complain to obdusmen please note.

hi my name is sandeep vemulapalli applied for fast tag in axis bank on 28th dec 2019 its 22nd jan 2020 i havent received my fast tag, urn number IS:58575691 paid rs 400 for fast tag applied directly in axis bank website i dont know why the hell the toll free number was given u call 100 times only 1 answer thanks for applying fast tag in axis bank i doesnt connect to customer care cell or executive really horribile service, i applied the same in this website 1 week back i havent got any reply or mail even website i think its fake
